I've made multiple purchases with GemVara in the past without any issues, but this recent order has been problematic. I believe EmilyLee is the cause of the problem. I requested to expedite my current order, which she couldn't accommodate. Then I asked for a delay until 15 April, yet I received an email today stating that my jewelry would arrive on 14 April. I explained that I won't be home to receive it, which has never happened with previous representatives. Unfortunately, EmilyLee has not provided the level of service I have come to expect from GemVara. If she continues to be my customer service representative, I will have to reconsider ordering from GemVara in the future. My main concern now is ensuring my jewelry arrives after 15 April [redacted].
