I had an issue with my iPhone 13 when I sent it to Gazelle for the second time. The first time I sent it, I forgot to deactivate Find My iPhone. The second time, my communication devices were stolen and broken, so I couldn't provide necessary information. I sent Gazelle an email explaining my situation and included three notes requesting not to accept any offers other than the $[redacted] with a $25 Amazon Gift Card. I emphasized that if there were any issues, I wanted my phone back. Unfortunately, Gazelle mishandled the situation, did not return my phone, and I am now considering legal action. I am requesting to speak with a supervisor.

I am disappointed in their unprofessionalism and lack of adherence to our agreement. If the offer is not honored, I will take legal action against the company and its employees. I hope to resolve this matter promptly.

Unfortunately, Gazelle hasn't returned my phone as requested. I demand either my phone back or the $[redacted].

I appreciate your service. I am requesting a higher price for my iPhone 11 Pro Max, 256GB, in excellent condition. I cherish it and have maintained it impeccably. The only reason I upgraded to the iPhone 14 Pro Max was for the improved camera to capture precious moments with my grandchild. Could you offer at least $[redacted] for my flawless iPhone 11 Pro Max? On February 10, [redacted], my phone was stolen, and it was tracked to Gazelles through Find my iPhone. Despite contacting them three times and providing all details including the IMEI number, Gazelles claims they haven't found it. The phone is secure with Face ID and a password, showing a lost message with contact information. Recently, it appeared in China on Find My iPhone, and I received an email requesting my password, which I won't provide. I'm seeking assistance to understand the situation. Thank you, Genene.
