In February, I placed an order for a pair of pliers and your Personal Oak Chest; however, only the pliers arrived. I contacted customer service and was informed I would receive the chest but also a refund check. After expressing my disappointment as a loyal customer (#[redacted]), I was assured the chest would be shipped and should arrive within 8 days. I followed up yesterday to check on the status, and I was informed the chest wouldn't be sent. The representative is looking into why my refund hasn't been processed. Feeling very let down. -Capt.
