I mistakenly ordered the incorrect canopy for our swing. I used the provided return label to send it back, but I have not received any updates from your end. I clearly indicated that I need the canopy with rod pockets at the ends. I am reaching out to confirm if you have received the returned canopy and to inquire about the timeline for receiving the correct one. I previously spoke with a representative over the phone who advised me to contact customer service for further assistance.

I am experiencing an issue with the heavy duty feeder seed tray not attaching correctly to the heavy duty seed feeder. The thread patterns do not match, causing difficulties in assembling the products together. I have purchased two sets from Amazon UK, and despite being advertised to be used together, the plastic screw provided with the feeder seed tray does not fit the aluminum base of the seed feeder. I believe this may be a violation of trade descriptions regulations. I am reaching out to address this matter and propose the design of an alternative screw that will allow the products to connect. I already own one of your feeder poles but would like to resolve this attachment issue. I am eagerly awaiting your response before considering involving Trading Standards.

I purchased replacement canopy and screens for my Sun Joy Sommerset gazebo just before a heavy snow and ice storm. When the weather warmed up, the canopy caved in due to tears. I inquired about a return but decided to look for metal parts first. I've been trying to contact Sun Joy for the past two weeks without success. The internet address provided is not working, and I am unable to find the necessary parts or complete sets. Can I still return the items? My order number is GW-[redacted]6. A representative mentioned I had until the 19th to process the return. Thank you.

I have found a Riplock [redacted] canopy model LCM1088B-RS for $[redacted].99 plus shipping as a replacement for my 10' x 12' trellis gazebo. I am curious if delivery to a foreign address, specifically my home in Germany, is feasible since I am unable to receive mail over a pound at my APO address. I reside near an American Air Base where I first purchased the gazebo. Any suggestions on alternative vendors or options would be appreciated, as long as the total cost does not exceed $[redacted], keeping in mind the original gazebo's cost was $[redacted]. Hello Team, I bought a 10x10 gazebo replacement a few months ago while it was on sale. I set it up over Memorial Day weekend and noticed some issues. When it rains, it pools and becomes stretched. This replacement seems to be for a canopy with 6 ribs, but my previous one only had 4 ends without middle rods. I have the whole summer ahead and I'm concerned about its durability. Can you suggest a solution or provide information on another replacement option?
