I am seeking help with correcting your records. On July 14, [redacted], at 9:57 a.m., I returned two $3.99 plate stands without the receipt. At 10:12 a.m., I used a gift card for a $9.99 lazy Susan. This single return is causing issues with a recent return I attempted. I bought two framed items on July 24, [redacted], for my Colorado house. After realizing they didn't fit my decor, I wanted to return them for a $77.80 purchase made on October 21, [redacted]. Despite having the receipt, the return was considered "non-receipted" due to the previous return on July 14. I cannot resolve this because of the unresolved issue. I reached out to what I thought was "headquarters" customer care with no response. I generally keep receipts for 6 months but failed to save the one from the regrettable return. I hope to understand the policy and receive assistance to fix this problem. Thank you for your help.
