I have car and home insurance policies. I contacted last week to inform the company that my husband has left the property and moved his car, thus, I have been removed from the account. I paid $[redacted].81 from my checking account for both cars for 6 months. I received a refund of $[redacted].60 but the remaining $[redacted].20 was applied to his account, covering it for the next 6 months. Despite attempts to reach him, it seems his physical location is not a concern as long as the account is paid. I now need to pay $[redacted].69 to avoid cancellation. The customer service has been lacking as I was promised a call back with no response. While I understand my husband's actions are not the company's fault, there seems to be a disregard for where the vehicles are located, impacting rates and liability.

I am inquiring if anyone can assist me with an issue I am having with my Mercedes Benz. I had taken it to Service King in Burien, WA for repairs, and after over 2 months of service, I discovered a problem with the car system. Upon picking up the vehicle, a message "pre-safe message limited" appeared on the dashboard. When I returned to the service center, the individual I spoke with seemed unaware and was unable to address the issue. Despite attempting to contact my claims representative named Jimmy, I have not received a response for a week. Currently, my car is experiencing balance issues while driving, making it unsafe to use. I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this situation. Thank you.

I am facing an issue with my insurance provider Geico. I lived in New Hampshire with my fiance for 10 years, but after his unexpected passing, I could not continue living in the apartment we rented in Massachusetts. I moved back to New Hampshire and registered my car there in November. In February, I informed Geico that I might return to the Massachusetts apartment in March and paid my bill early. However, I couldn't stay in Massachusetts without my fiance and couldn't register my car there. When I called Geico in March, they wanted an additional $[redacted] due to a new policy starting in February. I had already paid them in full for April to October. Frustrated by this, I plan to switch insurance providers if the issue is not resolved promptly.

I contacted Geico for renters insurance and obtained a policy for $60,[redacted] to cover my business tools like guitars, DJ equipment, studio gear, laptops, etc. They provided a special policy ensuring my possessions are safeguarded in case of a robbery. After 1.5 years of timely payments, my house was burglarized, and I filed a claim with Homesite, Geico's underwriter. Although I provided numerous receipts and pictures to my claims adjuster, Fabian Rubio, to prove ownership, I mistakenly sent an incorrect photo labeled a guitar brand name. Despite all legitimate documentation and a detailed spreadsheet, my $37,[redacted] claim was denied over this error. This denial has affected my livelihood as a DJ, my home, and my guitar collection built over 29 years. I've been reaching out to Geico to address this issue as I believe the rejection is unjust.

While driving on north US1 in the inside lane near a turn lane, I encountered an incident with a driver in a Dodge car with license plate # HUIOJ at the intersection of US1 and Silver Oaks Blvd. The Dodge driver cut across from the far right lane, hitting my right front tire and side. Despite attempting to slow down, the Dodge hit my car a second time. I stopped to assess the damage and found exterior damage to my Ford Freestyle, with photos. Subsequently, my vehicle experiences severe shaking. I am uncertain of the extent of the damage caused by the collision. The driver's insurance policy number is [redacted]19-[redacted].

Hi there, I am seeking assistance in replacing an XXL black t-shirt that my son, who has autism, misplaced at an event. He has become fixated on finding it. We do not have a Geico plan, but I plan to inquire about their rates on Monday. Any support in recovering the shirt would be much appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Kind regards, Cheryl

Ref #[redacted][redacted]: We contacted to file a claim for glass coverage, as we distinctly remember choosing that option when we signed up for our policy with your company. We were informed that there is a $[redacted] deductible that applies to our glass coverage, which seems very unusual to us. If we had known about this deductible, we would not have chosen your company. With Progressive, when we've needed a windshield replacement under our glass coverage, they have replaced it without any deductibles. We are requesting a conversation to discuss and clarify this matter promptly. Please contact me at your earliest convenience - Rick B./Rhonda L.

As a person with hearing disabilities who relies on TTY phones, it has been a relief to discover that many businesses now offer chat features on their websites, including Geico. However, I was disappointed to find out that Geico had removed this feature when I tried to contact them recently. Although the option is available on their mobile app, I find typing on a laptop much more convenient than on a cellphone. Since I cannot afford a landline, I now have to ask someone else to reach out to Geico on my behalf. I sincerely hope that Geico will reconsider bringing back the chat feature on their website as it would greatly benefit the deaf and hard of hearing community. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best, Marilyn

On May 9th, my parked car in a legal spot at a parking lot was hit by a driver who was cited for reckless driving after jumping a lane of incoming traffic. My car is currently at my local Mazda dealer awaiting repairs due to the incident. There are two claims, one handled by Makayla ([redacted]) with claim number 0[redacted]-4[redacted] and another by Danielle with claim number 0[redacted]-6[redacted]. Makayla mentioned she is waiting on the rental agreement from Budget, causing delays that are concerning given I need my car back by 8/1 for a trip. Mazda has stated repairs will take 10 days post adjustor inspection. Furthermore, my leased car's term ends 9/1/18. The situation has been frustrating and inconvenient, prompting the need for swift action to contact Clarence Anderson at Budget. Makayla provided his contact as [redacted], urging immediate resolution. Thank you, Albert Helmke

I have been a GEICO customer for 20 years. On 01/04/[redacted], I was in an accident where an 18-wheeler hit me from behind. My husband informed GEICO about the accident, but when I requested a rental, I was told to contact the other driver's insurance company since it was not my fault. Despite explaining my situation, I was still advised to reach out to the other company. I ended up not getting a rental and received a letter regarding fraud inquiries when inquiring about injuries to my wrist and back. Additionally, when a rock damaged my windshield, GEICO stated they do not cover broken windows. Over the years, all GEICO has done is increase my premium. I am considering switching to another insurer, even if it costs more, as I feel I deserve better after 20 years of loyalty.

On July 12th, as I was driving home after a long day of work, my car suddenly stopped on the highway. Panicked, I pulled over to the left side, causing a bit of smoke to come out of the vehicle. Unsure of what was causing the issue and being new to the car, I contacted Geico for roadside assistance. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be frustrating rather than helpful. After multiple attempts, I managed to speak to someone who arranged for a tow truck service. Exhausted and eager to resolve the situation quickly, I explained my situation to the agent, and they sent Harli, the tow truck driver. Despite leaving the keys as instructed, the car was improperly parked, resulting in a ticket and an unexpected towing fee. The whole ordeal left me feeling unsafe and disappointed with my insurance provider. I hope Geico can reimburse me for the $[redacted] I now have to pay to retrieve my car, resolving this unpleasant experience promptly.

I am currently dealing with a frustrating situation involving my [redacted] BMW M5 that was stolen on May 31, [redacted], and later recovered on June 11 missing wheels. After having it towed to a repair shop until the end of July, I encountered engine issues with warning lights after driving approximately 30 miles following its return. Despite resetting the lights, I later experienced significant power loss and engine failure. Upon contacting the repair shop, they identified a throttle body problem costing $[redacted], which the insurance adjuster refuses to approve citing it as unrelated to the theft. I am struggling to understand how the current issues could not be connected to the car theft given the circumstances. It has been over two months since this ordeal began, and I urgently need a resolution. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I meticulously reviewed my Farmer's Insurance policy with a Geico agent to ensure I maintained the same coverage. Spending over two hours on this, I discovered when a rock chipped my windshield, Geico required nearly $[redacted] for the deductible. On the contrary, Farmer's current policy, which I discussed line by line with the Geico agent, specifies a $[redacted] deductible for windshield replacement. After four hours on the phone with Geico, transferring between agents, I have yet to receive the $[redacted] deductible for the windshield replacement as offered by Farmer's. The initial Geico agent misled me by assuring that my coverage with Geico matched every detail with Farmer's. I am still awaiting a response from Geico regarding this matter.

I have been dealing with an ongoing issue related to hitting a curb that has caused disturbances in the front end of my car. Despite multiple complaints and visits to various auto shops, including JP Suspension in Columbus, GA, the problem remains unresolved. I have repeatedly taken my car to Tire Engineers, Frank Collision, and Dodge Dealership, had parts replaced, and had an adjuster inspect the vehicle. However, only JP Suspension was able to identify and address the loud noises coming from the front end of the vehicle. Even after paying the full $[redacted] deductible, the issue persists and remains unresolved after over a year of dealing with it.

I exited my usual parking spot in front of my place, a routine I've followed for a decade and at least twice a day in the past year. Today, following my regular pattern, I backed out and noticed a van behind me to the left, which was unusual but I proceeded past it and made my usual turn. I drive slowly, but at the last moment, another car behind the van surprised me and we had a minor collision. My car was unscathed, but the other vehicle sustained damage on the door. I located the owner promptly and provided my information. I want to emphasize that you are fortunate that I am an honest person. Three individuals have hit my car before, and although I witnessed two incidents, they all denied it, leaving my car damaged.

Auto Insurance Policy Issue I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Geico, and it is disappointing on all levels. I request a review of your mission statement, company culture, and better training for your employees in customer service. The underwriting department's service is the worst I have ever experienced. As a customer, I expect better service, and your employees should be reminded of this fact. Inconsistencies in information provided by different representatives are problematic, and I document all interactions with Geico for my legal protection.

My vehicle was hit by one of your clients, and it was taken to the shop for repairs by Geico. I am dissatisfied because there is a lot of overspray on my truck, including my Chrome 24-inch wheels and tires. I am unsure how they plan to clean this off, but it is unacceptable! Overspray needs to be cleaned with a specific type of thinner. My vehicle is important to me, just like it would be for any hardworking individual. It should be completely repainted with a guarantee from your company. Additionally, the rim or rims that are damaged should be replaced. I believe in fairness for all parties involved.

While making a left turn at the intersection of Sunset and Vermont, a Nissan vehicle unexpectedly appeared and collided with the front left side of my car. The Nissan, driven by a woman who ran a red light, was traveling at 25mph while I was entering the intersection with a green arrow at 15mph. Despite my attempts to stop, the collision occurred due to her excessive speed. Fortunately, no injuries were sustained from the accident. Both drivers exchanged insurance information, with details including GEICO Policy # [redacted], CA. License # D[redacted], and Vehicle License # 7AUD477. The driver at fault was identified as Lily Patricia Reyes. The incident took place on 11/07/18.
