I have disconnected my Facebook access for Findlay, but it still shows me supporting them. Please remove this promptly. I have noticed a discrepancy with the TIN number related to STRIPE. I established a fund for a friend, Conor Godin, on Fundly under my name as I was managing it for him. I am uncertain if this is causing the issue. When I attempted to modify it, STRIPE did not allow the update. I have not gained any profit from this, so I am hesitant to provide my tax ID to match my FUNDLY account name. As a result, I am unable to share or update another campaign for a friend on social media. Is there a contact number I can use to resolve this? This situation is quite inconvenient.

A few months ago, I closed my account, but one of my donators is still having money withdrawn from their account every month. The funds are not reaching my account. Hi Fundly team, I am facing issues with accepting payments on my fundraising page. It seems like there were some declined transactions recently, and despite reaching out to the Stripe team, the problem persists. Many of my family and friends have also attempted to donate but have been unable to do so for the past two days.
