I have an Instax Mini 8 polaroid camera that I purchased in August [redacted] on Amazon, and it was working fine until June [redacted] when the film ran out. After inserting new film, the camera stopped working. I replaced the batteries and removed the stuck black film, but it still won't function properly. The lights are blinking, the red light near the focus won't turn off, and there is no sound when I open the lens. I tried to reach Fuji customer care, but the call was unsuccessful. I need a solution because I just bought a new pack of films and don't want them to go to waste. Please help!

Hello, I'm uncertain if I've reached the correct place, but I'm encountering issues with my Fujifilm FinePix S3400 camera. Being new to using cameras, I purchased this one to practice my photography skills. I have replaced the batteries, but it displays a battery icon and turns off instantly. I'm unsure if there is an alternate method to charge the camera or if a malfunction is causing the batteries to not hold charge. Despite inserting a fresh set of batteries, the problem persists. I am Michail Chalkiadakis, a dedicated FujiFilm camera user since [redacted], active in photography and a proud supporter of their products. Unfortunately, I am experiencing issues with my XT3 camera (Serial No. 8CQ31292) purchased in April [redacted]. After using it for a year and facing problems with firmware updates, the camera eventually stopped working properly during my travels in [redacted]. Despite having an extended warranty, the camera continues to reset itself and eventually became completely unresponsive. I have tried reaching out to Fujifilm service in Athens, but the problem persists. I am concerned about the reliability of the camera and the lack of support, especially since it was purchased in Turkey but cannot be serviced in Europe. This situation is disappointing considering the cost and the experiences shared by other users. I hope for a prompt resolution and appreciate your attention to this matter.
