I shop at Fry's on INA RD in Tucson, AZ, which is the only store I prefer for buying groceries. I have noticed that every time I purchase alcohol, the seal on the bottle is open. I recently sent an email regarding this issue as it is both unsafe and illegal. While accidents can happen, this occurs every time I buy alcohol. During my last purchase, the bottle spilled in the bag on the way home, causing an unpleasant smell in my vehicle. When I informed the cashier, he expressed concern about the open seal problem and mentioned the legalities of driving with an open container. He offered to replace the bottle and informed the manager (DON), who was working at the register next to him. I was shocked when (DON) showed no concern and mentioned that he sells them that way every day. I was impressed by the cashier's response and felt embarrassed for the employee who cared about the issue. Despite this experience, I will continue shopping at your store for groceries but will avoid purchasing alcohol until this problem is resolved. I hope this issue gets addressed promptly to avoid any future problems with other customers or regulatory authorities.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently ordered a computer under order number T[redacted]. Despite being told the computer was checked and in good condition, upon inspecting it at the store, I found it to be well-used with scuff marks, a worn-out mouse pad, and missing a charger. The marked price on the box was $97, however, I was charged $[redacted] plus tax with a promo code. It was disappointing to see the same item in the store priced at $97. I requested a recheck which revealed two new computers in stock, contradicting the manager's claim. This experience has led to a loss of faith in the honesty of your establishment. Regrettably, this situation has resulted in the loss of a customer.

I purchased two antennas expecting a same-day delivery, but I received an email indicating the delivery person attempted to deliver without actually doing so. Disappointed with this service, I am considering requesting a refund as it seems unlikely the package will reach me. I initially chose online shopping to avoid the inconvenience of going to the store, so having to drive to Fry's defeats the purpose of my purchase.

I am currently at the Fry's located in PHX, AZ on Bell Rd & 29th Ave. This is my second time reaching out to customer service regarding the security personnel who is on duty during the late shift until store closing. On both occasions, I have been denied entry. The first instance was at 10:50pm when I simply wanted to purchase a pack of gum available by the cashier. Unfortunately, I was refused entry and had to go without gum for the following day at work. The second incident occurred at 10:55pm when I urgently needed to buy a pack of size "C" batteries, but was once again denied entry. This experience has been frustrating as I rely on gum throughout the day. In my initial complaint, I mistakenly identified him as a supervisor but I now understand he is a security personnel. I had previously reported his behavior of following me around the store and pressuring me to reach the cashier before closing time. This situation has made my shopping trips at Fry's stressful and unpleasant.

Tonight, I went shopping at Fry's and due to my severe osteoarthritis, it took longer than anticipated. I had to get my debit card replaced due to a scam at home, so the bank is issuing me a new one. This meant I had to write a check for my groceries. The manager at the Fry's on 59th and Thunderbird Rd. in Glendale, AZ, was initially accommodating but later abruptly canceled my order of $[redacted] when my check didn’t go through. Despite having enough funds, he refused to wait for me to resolve the matter with my bank. His rush made me feel embarrassed and rushed. Politeness and patience seemed lacking, and I left the store feeling upset. As a nurse, I emphasized the importance of respectful language to the staff before. It's disheartening that this manager's behavior seemed disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope the store addresses his rudeness and lack of consideration for customers like me.

On Sunday, July 31st, around 10:00 am, my spouse and I stood in line at one of the self-serve counters at Fry's store on Dysart Rd in Avondale, AZ. With less than 8 items in our cart, we were next to check out when an employee abruptly moved us to another line contributing to an unnecessary delay. Despite challenging the decision, the employee claimed it was to ensure balanced lane movement. After requesting to speak to a manager, a named assistant manager intervened but failed to address our concerns adequately. Another customer experienced a similar situation, highlighting a recurring issue with this employee's behavior. As a long-time patron, the treatment received was unacceptable, culminating in our decision to patronize a different Fry's location due to dissatisfaction with the Dysart store's customer service.

I recently went to get gas at the Thunderbird location on 59th Ave. Usually, I use my Fry’s card, but this time I used my debit card. I had a discount of 20 cents per gallon and started filling up. To ensure I had enough funds, I checked my account, which usually holds around $75. Shockingly, there was a $[redacted] hold on my debit card, leaving me with only $50 available. The clerk couldn’t assist me, and worried about overdrafting, I had to stop the pump as it timed out. I ended up only getting 9 gallons for $35, losing the 20 cents per gallon saving. This hold wasn't communicated upfront, impacting my budget and causing me frustration. I feel there should be clear signs warning customers about this policy, especially since not everyone checks their account balance before getting gas. I plan to share this experience with my clients and friends to avoid similar issues in the future.

My son received an eviction notice from his apartment complex on June 1st because rent payments for February, March, and April were not received. He paid rent at Fry's located at [redacted] Rural Rd in Tempe, AZ, through WIP. WIP claims they did not receive the money. We got an April receipt from Fry's, but are still trying to get receipts for February and March, which has been challenging. Despite being told they are working on it for two months, no progress has been made. Can anyone assist with this matter?

At the Olive Ave unit in Arizona on December 14th around 3 pm, the employee in charge of selling money orders refused to sell me one until I explained what I was going to do with it. I refused to explain as I believe buying a money order doesn't require me to disclose the purpose. Additionally, the employee used a discriminatory tone because I do not speak English.

Today, I went to the Frays de la Ray and Daczon because I received some store coupons. I always shop at the store and was with other family members who also received coupons, but the staff refused to exchange their coupons. I am very uncomfortable with Frays de la Ray, the one on Warner and Eliot made me feel very bad, making me feel like I was stealing something from their store. On top of that, they said I couldn't exchange a coupon ever again in the store without any explanation. I am not an expert in coupon exchange, so I don't know what my mistake was. They couldn't give me an explanation.
