I am reaching out for assistance and requesting a retroactive reduction in my electricity charges. Due to a variety of personal challenges and financial difficulties, my bill has accumulated to over $10,[redacted]. Despite these obstacles, I have recently secured employment after a period of unemployment and homelessness and am making efforts to pay off the bill to ensure continued service for my wife and young children. I am seeking a reduced rate of $0.[redacted] per kWh for the past year, which would help alleviate the financial burden. I understand this will involve issuing a credit to my local electric company, PPL Electric Utilities, as the charges have already been paid to Frontier. Any help or alternative solutions would be greatly appreciated as I work towards improving my situation. Thank you for your attention and support. Sincerely, Scott Ferris Service address: [redacted] Tunnel St. Williamstown, PA [redacted] PPL Electric Acct. No: 92[redacted]9 Contact: [redacted] [redacted]

I am extremely frustrated by the lack of assistance I received when trying to make payment arrangements for my 78-year-old caregiver's electric bill. She does not have credit cards, debit cards, or a checkbook and prefers to pay in cash in person at Ace Checking. It was disappointing that you were unable to accommodate such a simple request. Additionally, the inability to connect with a real person using the contact number provided by Frontier was incredibly frustrating. Please refrain from sending me spam emails in the future.
