I am extremely frustrated by the lack of assistance I received when trying to make payment arrangements for my 78-year-old caregiver's electric bill. She does not have credit cards, debit cards, or a checkbook and prefers to pay in cash in person at Ace Checking. It was disappointing that you were unable to accommodate such a simple request. Additionally, the inability to connect with a real person using the contact number provided by Frontier was incredibly frustrating. Please refrain from sending me spam emails in the future.
