I bought two lounge chairs, cushions, and an umbrella totaling over $[redacted]. Unfortunately, both chairs and the umbrella arrived damaged. After reporting it, they were picked up by JB Hunt trucking company. It has been 5 weeks, and the full credit has not been issued to my credit card. My order number is W[redacted]0. Despite contacting customer service numerous times, my wife and I are still waiting for a resolution. This level of service does not match Frontgate's reputation for quality and care. I expect this to be resolved promptly without further delay.

We recently purchased a beautiful new home and have been long-time customers of Frontgate. However, we are very disappointed with the quality of the bar stools we bought from your store. The footrests on these expensive stools are breaking, resulting in dangerous situations where people are falling when sitting on the edge of the stools. We have experienced three incidents already. As retired individuals who only host small dinner parties, this is concerning. Since Frontgate no longer carries these stools, we are hoping for some form of compensation, possibly a credit towards a similar replacement. We cannot afford to buy four new stools, especially if they are of the same poor quality. I have had a woodworker inspect the stools, and they confirmed that the construction is subpar and irreparable. I have photos available if needed; please provide me with an email address to send them to or simply respond to my message.

I need to inform you that I won't be able to attend the rescheduled date. I have tried reaching out multiple times without any success. I understand email is not the preferred method, but the lack of response has led me to this. The new dates clash with my upcoming assignment in the ICU as a nurse in a hotspot area. I will be in a quarantine zone for months and potentially isolated thereafter.
I kindly request a refund for Order #[redacted]44, even if a service fee applies. Given my unpredictable work locations in LA, FL, and WA, planning for future events like this is no longer feasible. I appreciate your understanding and assistance in this matter.

Hello,
I placed an order a few months back after receiving samples of the cushions to ensure I liked them. The solid cushions arrived about a month ago, and the striped ones came yesterday. However, the striped cushions I received have a flap closure instead of the zipper shown in the sample. I am disappointed with this difference in quality. Please see the attached photos. I would like to either exchange them for cushions with zippers or receive a refund. Can we discuss this further?

I purchased an oversized queen down comforter in [redacted] and recently washed it for the first time following the care instructions. After drying it on medium heat and putting it back on my bed, I discovered that the down filling had shifted to the perimeter, leaving the center flat. I contacted customer service, and they offered me a refund of half the original price, which I should receive via email soon. I have previously bought down blankets from Frontgate without any issues, so I am disappointed with the quality of this comforter. I left a message with customer service to inform them of the problem. It's unfortunate that this situation occurred, and I hope for a more positive resolution.
