I recently purchased some Cheetos at Dollar General here in Bethany last Friday, August 23rd. I usually buy them from IGA Grocery store, but I've noticed a big difference in flavor and cheese content in the ones I bought at the dollar store. The two bags I purchased yesterday lack cheese and are in different shapes compared to what I'm familiar with. I'm curious about the discrepancy between the Cheetos at IGA and those delivered to the Dollar Store. The item number is 54L 1 [redacted] and the date is November 5, [redacted]. I've been noticing this difference for a while now. These Cheetos are my go-to breakfast on my way home from work in the morning.

I bought three bags of 8.5 oz Cheetos in one go from Vons Pavilions grocery store. Last night, while munching on the last bag, I glanced down and was horrified. I found dark brown dead bugs and bug body parts scattered throughout the bag. I am completely disgusted by this discovery. The price of Cheetos keeps rising, and until now, I've enjoyed them enough to keep buying at the increased prices. However, this incident has put me off from eating Cheetos for the foreseeable future. I am seeking a refund for all three bags as I didn't inspect the other two bags I already consumed, risking ingesting more of these disgusting bugs. On the evening of 09/26/19, my tooth broke on a Frito chip. The next day, I visited the Frito Lay office near Rundberg Lane in Austin, Tx, but found it gated and was unable to speak to anyone. I left a message but have not received a callback. I had to leave for a vacation with my husband that day, and upon returning, had to care for my mother. Now that I am back, on 11/06/19, I plan to visit the dentist to fix my tooth. I saved the remnants of the chips that caused my tooth to break. I am consistently disappointed with the number of small, broken potato chip pieces in the bags of the dipping ruffle type product. Initially, I understood that this could occur occasionally, but after going through 20 bags, I feel this is the norm rather than an exception. I regret not quantifying the ratio of full or half-size chips to scraps and pieces. I am not inclined to engage in quality control for the company or offer suggestions for improvement. Instead, I will opt to switch to a different brand. Thank you.

I represent a vendor company and the individual managing the Frito Lay products in my region consistently places clips with chips on them, obstructing my entire 4-foot shelf. This practice is perplexing, considering Frito Lay typically has 12 to 20 feet allocated in most stores. This consistent blocking impedes customer visibility and negatively impacts my business. I kindly request that the Frito Lay driver refrain from obstructing my product display to prevent further harm to my business.

Hello, I would like to address an issue regarding my previous employment at Fritolay in Honduras. Despite leaving my position, I have not received my legally entitled benefits. I am owed 10,[redacted] LPS in savings from my time there, and the remaining 19,[redacted] LPS that were supposed to be transferred to a bank institution have not been fully deposited, with only 4,[redacted] LPS sent. I am concerned that the rest might have been misappropriated. I am seeking clarification on the situation with your associates in Honduras.

Hello, I am a former employee of Fritolay Honduras. My issue is that I have an outstanding savings of 10,[redacted] LPS that was not given to me. I have not received my entitled benefits. Additionally, the remaining balance of 19,[redacted] and some was only partially sent, with 4,[redacted] and some already transferred to a bank institution where I have a loan. I demand a response on this matter as the employees in Honduras are not providing me with any answers. Could it be that they are misappropriating the money meant for me? I urge for a commission to investigate the activities of your employees who are clearly mishandling things. Please assist me with this matter; I have already filed a complaint with human rights as this situation is unjust.

I recently opened a jar of Tostitos salsa con queso to enjoy with tortilla chips, but upon opening the jar, I found a clump of something that shouldn't have been there. The cheese dip was still within the expiration date, so it wasn't expired. This is the first time we've encountered an issue with your cheese dip, as we generally love it. I have taken pictures of the cheese and the foreign substance found in it. It would be greatly appreciated if we could resolve this matter by receiving a few replacement jars of cheese dip along with some chips at no extra cost. Thank you.

To whom it may concern, I am a disabled veteran with limitations, but I find joy in your Cheetos, a product made in the USA by Frito-Lay. While Frito-Lay offers many delicious chips, Cheetos is my favorite. One issue I have is the amount of air in the bags. Though I anticipate responses about packaging processes or corporate regulations, I believe excuses should be minimal, as I learned in the military that excuses have no place. Despite the quality of the chips, the half-filled bags leave me feeling shortchanged. Resolving this would likely increase sales and customer satisfaction. Many opt for cheaper generic chips to avoid this feeling of deception. The widespread frustration with underfilled chip bags is evident. In April or May, I purchased a bag of chips and noticed a strange taste while eating. Ignoring it, the following day, I felt unwell, and on the third day, I ended up at the hospital due to severe stomach pain and dehydration. After being advised to see a gastroenterologist, an endoscopy revealed a harmful bacteria that could potentially lead to cancer if left untreated. Following a month of antibiotics, my condition improved, although traces of the bacteria remain. Upon revisiting the gastroenterologist, it was determined that the source of the infection was the chip package, which emitted a foul odor resembling old or rancid grease. I recently bought a bag of Cheetos at Target in Menomonee Falls, WI. When I got home and opened the bag, I noticed a terrible smell resembling paint or exhaust. The taste was just as bad. Upon checking the date on the bag, it was marked as 23 OCT [redacted]. I phoned the store to express my concerns, and they mentioned that distributors usually handle stocking. I suggested they check the dates, as finding a [redacted] product was surprising. It seems like someone overlooked this outdated item.

I have been searching for the new jerk chicken chip flavor at various locations mentioned on the website, but I have been unable to find it in any of the stores. Despite checking multiple stores in places like Racine, Wisconsin, and Highland Park, Illinois, the new flavors advertised are not stocked. I have interacted with multiple stores listed as carriers on the website, but none of them have the new flavor available. It is disappointing that even after reaching out, the product remains unattainable. I have always been a loyal customer of various products from your brand, such as Doritos, Fritos, and potato chips, but the inability to find this specific flavor has been disheartening. I am from Guyana, South America, and I ordered [redacted] All-in-One Party Mix items. Unfortunately, [redacted] of the items were empty, filled with only air. This was disappointing as I intended to serve them at my child's 7th birthday party. My child was also upset since he likes these snacks. The remaining items were acceptable, but the empty ones seemed expired, and there was no expiration date on the package. I am requesting a refund. Please consider sending it via Western Union as I no longer have access to my late husband's card. If not, I will have to consider legal action against the company.

I recently purchased a bag of Ruffles Cheddar and Sour Cream chips at a gas station. However, when I opened it and tasted it, I noticed a horrible chemical flavor similar to gasoline. I paid $3.50 for the bag, and normally I would have just thrown it away, but I cannot afford to waste money like that. I have been a loyal Frito-Lay customer for 43 years and have never encountered this issue before. I have the bag and packaging with me, willing to send them back if needed. I purchased two bags of Cool Ranch chips from the Dollar General store and they were very stale. The expiration date is January 31, [redacted]. As a big fan of Fritos, Lays, and Doritos, I wanted to bring this issue to your attention. Despite the convenience and reasonable price, I would like to be reimbursed for this being the second stale bag I have bought in the past month. Hola, mi nombre es Nicole y soy de Cúcuta, Norte de Santander. Quiero expresar mi queja sobre los Doritos. He comprado 3 paquetes y en todos ellos los Doritos vienen sin sabor a queso, como si estuvieran pasados, aunque la fecha de caducidad es correcta. Esto ha ocurrido en tres ocasiones seguidas y estoy segura de que no es el sabor que deberían tener. Espero que entiendan mi situación y confío en que vuelvan a la receta original de los Doritos con un sabroso polvo de queso.

I am experiencing issues with the sales representatives from Frito-Lay not providing the full stock. It would greatly benefit us if they could offer all the stock available. The current presentation of the items on the racks is not ideal, they seem outdated. New displays, end caps, and signage are necessary to freshen up the store. Upgrading the racks would greatly improve the overall look. To fully enhance our store and guarantee its success, we require more inventory to fill the racks efficiently. I have recently been enjoying your Jalapeno Ranch Ruffles, but I have observed that the last few bags I purchased at Walmart mostly consist of broken pieces rather than full-size chips. I suspect that this breakage may occur during the handling and restocking process at the store. It has made it challenging to fully enjoy the chips, especially when serving them with dip. I was considering opening a newly bought bag at the customer service counter to express my disappointment, although I am hesitant about how this will be received.
