While baking a meatloaf at [redacted] degrees, the outer glass on my stove's door suddenly shattered. In addition, the center top left dual burner stopped working. This faulty stove from Lowes in Cumberland Md has left me extremely disappointed. I cannot afford to purchase a new one at the moment. A friend who worked at a gas company for 30 years also found the glass exploding to be unusual. Unfortunately, my warranty has expired, so I must cover the cost of replacement parts and installation myself. Thank you.

I bought an upright freezer (model FFFU20F2VW) in November [redacted]. After waiting 5 months for a repair on the bent door, I received an extended warranty until 11/29/[redacted]. Despite this, I am still experiencing problems with icing and defrosting, resulting in food loss. This is my 4th or 5th technician visit, and my warranty expires today. I was previously told I could request a replacement if the issue persisted, but today I was denied that option by a representative named "Ella" who refused to escalate the call. I have faced ongoing challenges with the freezer, incurred significant food losses, and seek further assistance to address the unresolved problem.

I recently purchased a Frigidaire dishwasher from Lowe's. Unfortunately, the first one delivered and installed did not work, and after being exchanged, the replacement now leaks after only 2 months of use. Lowe's directed me to contact customer service, where I was informed that a service visit would only be possible after Christmas. This delay is frustrating, especially with guests coming over for the holidays. I was also advised to consider purchasing an extended warranty. The situation has left me questioning the quality of your products and the level of customer support provided. I am experiencing issues with my room air conditioner. Initially, I was informed that the unit would be replaced, but I never received the email confirmation as promised. Subsequent service appointments with George's App Repair and A/C Heating OLAF Service were unsuccessful as they could not handle the repair. The McFarland Center was also unable to assist. After contacting the warranty department, I was advised to wait an additional 5 days for a resolution, which is concerning. I would appreciate prompt assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

My daughter in Roanoke, VA, bought a Frigidaire refrigerator at Lowe's six months ago. It stopped working after 3 weeks, even though it was set up by the delivery company. Lowe's claims it's not their problem since it's been over 2 days. Despite multiple repair attempts by Frigidaire's authorized technicians, the fridge remains broken. This situation is challenging for two educators and three young children. As the father-in-law from Chesterfield, VA, I believe Frigidaire and Lowe's have disappointed this family. How can Frigidaire assist in resolving this issue?

Recently, I purchased a refrigerator and oven on October 18th from Burns and Sons in Muscatine, IA. Shortly after the purchase, the refrigerator had a leaking issue and needed repair. Following that, the air filter light did not illuminate. Burns informed me to contact another repair service, which took 2 days to address the problem. Subsequently, the air fryer and convection oven did not function correctly after multiple repair attempts. Burns in Burlington, IA, has already submitted details about the situation. I purchased a refrigerator in the summer and followed the instructions to replace the water filter in October. Unfortunately, the new filter was faulty, causing issues with the ice maker and water dispenser. I had to spend $[redacted].00 on a technician to diagnose the problem. After replacing the filter for an additional $53.62, everything is working correctly. I am disappointed by the inconvenience and unexpected expenses. I recently had a frustrating experience with one of your agents regarding my service contract. Despite having a service contract, the agent insisted I was out of warranty and seemed confused by my explanation. He scheduled a repair visit for today, providing me with a company name and phone number. Unfortunately, the service company was a no-show and they had no record of the appointment when I contacted them. I needed assistance with fixing the seal and glass on my oven door. I even cancelled a crucial doctor's appointment for my cancer treatment to accommodate this repair. I'm left wondering if this is the level of service I should expect from my service contract.

I purchased my new Frigidaire refrigerator back in August of [redacted] from Lowe's. Unfortunately, the delivery and set-up were both quite disappointing. The delivery team installed the doors incorrectly, causing issues with them not closing properly. The bottom door scrapes when shut, and the top door sags, leading to the doors not staying closed. Additionally, the refrigerator runs for long periods, making a loud grinding and screeching noise. It did not come with a produce drawer, and although I inquired about purchasing one, I received no response. Furthermore, it was missing an ice cube drawer. Despite registering the product upon purchase, I have not received any assistance or acknowledgment of my concerns. Good morning, my name is Brian W. My family of four resides in Asheville, North Carolina, and we are employed by Asheville City Schools. I purchased a garbage disposal (model FF 13DISPC1, SNGH22-[redacted]) from Amazon on August 7, [redacted]. It remained in the box until yesterday when my contractor could finally come to replace kitchen appliances. Upon opening it, we discovered a chip in the collar (the piece was at the bottom of the box). Unfortunately, I am now past the allowed return window for Amazon. I attempted to contact Frigidaire but experienced difficulty. After spending 40 minutes on hold with bad music and irrelevant water filter questions, I struggled to find assistance specific to garbage disposals in their phone menu. When I finally spoke to someone, I was directed to the International department and was unable to get further help or a transfer. All I am seeking is an even exchange or a different model if necessary. It's fortunate we hadn't removed the old one as I would have been without a functional kitchen sink for an extended period.

I purchased a Frigidaire washer, dryer, and refrigerator on 9/26/22 and received them on 12/28/22. After only about 10 uses, the washer started leaking, which caused a significant issue - water seeped through the lights in my kitchen ceiling, flooding the kitchen on 1/28/23. Despite the product being new, the company only offers repair services instead of a replacement, which I find unfair. It took a week to get someone to inspect the washer, and I was absent for a week during this period. The repairman identified a broken nozzle assembly and mentioned it would take 7-14 days to obtain the part. I found the part available online but was not provided with the repair company's name or the technician's details. As a result, on 2/18/23, I still cannot do laundry or have functioning lights in the kitchen. This situation is particularly distressing, especially since my residence is new, less than 2 months old. I am disappointed with this experience and am apprehensive about the reliability of Frigidaire products as a whole, including my dryer and refrigerator. In December [redacted], I bought an induction range with an air fryer feature. On February 20, [redacted], I searched online for a phone number to purchase an additional air fryer rack. After being instructed by the website to contact Frigidaire directly, I placed an order over the phone. Today, I received the item, but unfortunately, it does not fit my oven. There was no paperwork included in the package, and despite contacting Frigidaire and speaking with both virtual assistants and live representatives, no one could identify the item. The lack of identification on the packaging made it challenging. After three hours on the phone, no resolution was provided, not even the option to return the item at my expense. It's disappointing to have to discard the rack that cost me $72.10, especially since communication via email was not available.

My Frigidaire Freezer, which is only three years old, recently had a repair done due to a manufacturing defect. The repairman mentioned seeing this issue frequently. I hope Frigidaire can support their product and ensure that a significant appliance like this, costing $1,[redacted], will last longer without unexpected repair costs. I expressed my disappointment to the customer service representative and mentioned that I won't be buying this brand in the future. I'm frustrated with Frigidaire.

When attempting to contact Frigidaire's customer service through their toll-free number, I faced a disappointing experience. Initially promised a repair appointment for my warrantied appliance, I was not provided with a service number. Subsequently, the repair technician did not show up. Upon contacting the repair company, they had no record of the appointment and clarified that Frigidaire does not manage their scheduling. After persisting and escalating my concerns, I eventually secured a service appointment for next week. The repair company confirmed there would be no charge for the service. Amidst these frustrating challenges, I insisted on a conference call and witnessed the repair company representative confronting the Frigidaire representative for their misinformation. Despite the upcoming appointment, I am considering reporting this incident to the Federal Trade Commission. This unfortunate experience has led me to question Frigidaire's customer service standards, surpassing even my previous encounters with Samsung.

I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator in December [redacted], and since then, the water dispenser has been leaking continuously. Grayson Collin Appliance, the company Frigidaire referred us to, has attempted to fix it three times (in Feb [redacted], Aug [redacted], and Oct [redacted]), but the issue persists. During their last visit, they mentioned needing to order a part, but after following up, they claim to have no record of it, now stating that the refrigerator is out of warranty. Despite contacting Frigidaire support, they refuse to address the problem due to the expired warranty. The leaking has caused stains on the front of the refrigerator and the floor, posing a safety hazard with the amount of water accumulating. I am seeking a resolution to this issue without being responsible for any repair costs.

I am interested in purchasing a refrigerator model, but I need to ensure that the ice maker I'm buying is the correct one for this specific model, FFHT1425VW. The ice maker specified for this model has 4 pins, but the refrigerator has only 3 pins, which won't be compatible. I am planning to hire someone to install it, so I need to make sure I have the right one. For over a month, our Frigidaire refrigerator has not been working. A technician found a faulty motherboard on May 1 and had to order a new part. Due to a medical emergency, the repair was delayed. Today's scheduled repair was postponed again as the part was returned. Trying to reach Frigidaire has been frustrating. We are considering moving the refrigerator outside and purchasing a different brand. Unfortunately, Electrolux's service is also unreliable with only one technician available for my area. If he is unable to make the repair, we are left without options. The refrigerator was bought on June 8, [redacted].

We recently purchased a Frigidaire stackable washer and dryer unit, item # FLCE7522AW, Serial Number 4E [redacted]6, on 06/09/[redacted]. It was delivered on 6-19-[redacted], and unfortunately, we have experienced issues with it since. Despite a technician's visit yesterday, no resolution was provided, and the unit failed again last night. Following a lengthy phone call this morning, we are still without a solution.
