Hello, I reached out via phone, but was advised to email as I am calling from Spain. We are encountering an issue with the new Freshbooks. We are unable to save a negative invoice, which is crucial for rectifying invoices with a negative tax base. The program is not permitting me to proceed with this. I urgently require a solution as this is time-sensitive. Despite sending numerous emails to Support Freshbooks, I have not received a response. Thank you!

Hello, I tried calling for help, but was directed to email due to my location in Spain. We are experiencing issues with the new Freshbooks where we are unable to save negative invoices.
