I am experiencing difficulties registering my account on Experian. Each time I attempt to process my request, I encounter an error message. The registration process consistently fails, prompting me to try again. This issue has persisted for the past month. It is worth mentioning that I previously held a subscription with freecreditreport.com last year, which I canceled under my former email address, [redacted] When I now attempt to create a new login using my current email, the system indicates that I already possess an account. However, upon entering the old login credentials, it suggests that no account exists. I require assistance with establishing my account.

I previously had a credit card with Mercury Card Service which I closed on 2/23/23. My final payment was allegedly returned by my bank due to insufficient funds, but my bank confirmed that the check never arrived. After speaking with Bryant, he sent a letter to Mercury Card Service explaining that the check did not come through the bank and that I had sufficient funds. Despite paying all my bills on time, I have now been reported to a credit agency by Mercury, even though I have not used the card since closing the account.
