Franklinmint.com Customer Service Issues

During the summer, I purchased four stainless steel crosses in the Grandson storage box for my grandsons' birthdays. Recently, when I opened the third package in October to give it as a gift, only the box was inside, unopened as it arrived from Franklin Mint. I contacted customer service immediately for a replacement, providing the original recipient's name, Frank Reardon, and our summer home address in Austin, PA, which we no longer occupy. I requested the replacement be sent directly to my grandson at [redacted] Summerwood Drive, Cumming, GA 30[redacted]. Despite my efforts, a month later, the desired item has not reached my grandson. I am inquiring if it's possible to obtain the box and certificate for an item purchased years ago. Recently, my father entered a nursing home. While he was at a jeweler getting a watch or clock repaired, he left it with them. I will be picking it up today and can provide a description or picture of it. Unfortunately, the box and certificate were in my car, which was cleaned out by someone, possibly leading to them being discarded. This item is of great sentimental value as it was likely purchased by his wife, Urte Wallace, who has since passed away. My father greatly cherishes it, and I would appreciate any help in retrieving those items. My father is unwell, and I would like to offer him something meaningful during this difficult time. I have a collection of mini Fabergé eggs that I adore. Unfortunately, last week we noticed that the towers on which the smallest ones sit were tilting and ended up snapping when we tried to fix them. These items are very special to me, as they were among the things I hurried back into a burning building to rescue. I have pictures of the broken piece, but did not take any before the incident, as I was focused on ensuring their safety. As a family of Franklin Mint collectors, I am wondering what steps I can take to address this issue.
