Hello, I am currently experiencing issues with my Foscam FI9821P V2 IP camera. The problem began a week ago after a brief power outage. Upon power restoration, I noticed my IP camera was no longer functioning when I checked my devices. Despite checking all connections between the camera and my PC, I am still unable to access the camera online. I attempted to resolve the problem by reinstalling the software and even resetting the camera using the reset button at the back. The default username is "admin" and the password should be blank, but I am encountering difficulties logging in.

I recently noticed two charges on my checking account from companies in Hong Kong that I did not authorize:
1. A $1.50 International Transaction Fee on 6/23/19 from www.myfoscam.com
2. A $49.99 Purchase from Hong Kong from www.myfoscam.com
I'm extremely frustrated and ready to take legal action if necessary. I have experience dealing with situations like this and am not afraid to pursue legal avenues to resolve this issue. I initially had trouble accessing my camera remotely, which then progressed to not being able to view the cloud history. After resetting my F19851P camera, I still couldn't log in to the IP address. However, I've noticed that the IP address is no longer appearing in the search tool on my computer. I spent yesterday exchanging several emails with Zion Zhang from the Support center, but I feel like my escalating issues are not being addressed as he keeps referring back to the same solution. My main goal is to regain access to my camera both internally and remotely, as well as being able to view the cloud history.

I received a Foscam FI8918W camera, but the CD for the computer was missing from the box. I want to know if I can download the necessary files using my phone instead of the CD and a computer. Is it possible to set up the camera entirely from my phone, except for connecting it to the Wi-Fi router? If this is an option, please advise me on where I can find the required files. If using my phone is not feasible, how can I obtain another CD for the computer?

I am experiencing compatibility issues between the Foscam video doorbell I purchased and my Rittenhouse door chime. Despite reaching out to Foscam support, the problem persists as the Rittenhouse chime continuously rings with the Foscam doorbell activation. Foscam support has been unable to offer a resolution for the integration problem. As a result, I am seeking to return the Foscam video doorbell. However, I am unable to locate a contact number for Foscam US, and my multiple emails to Foscam remain unanswered.
