I placed an order with Forzieri for a purse, but it mistakenly used an old address through PayPal credit. This issue arose before the weekend. I've tried to contact them but haven't received any responses despite sending eight messages requesting a change to the shipping address. The package is currently set to be delivered to my previous address in New York, but it needs to be sent to my current address in New Orleans to avoid losing both the $[redacted] purchase and the expensive purse. The order number is #[redacted], and the correct address for delivery is:

Hello,
I placed an order on 26/11/21 with order number [redacted] for an Armani ring. I was told it's out of stock and given the option to cancel. I've sent emails since but haven't heard back. Please confirm if the order was canceled and when I'll get a refund. I need the refund to buy my son a different gift.
