Forzieri.com provides a dependable warranty policy on all of our products. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our items and offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that may arise during normal use. If any issues occur within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge, subject to inspection by our quality control team. However, it is important to note that our warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, items that have been modified or altered by third parties will not be eligible for warranty coverage. To avail of our warranty service, customers are advised to contact our dedicated customer support team, providing the order details and explaining the issue.
