I am Carol Gammon, and my phone number is [redacted]. My order number is f839838. I have tried reaching out to your company since Monday, leaving my contact information, but no one from the service department has returned my call. My sister's bank account was charged around $92 for the order that has not arrived. I expected the order to be shipped within 2 days, but I have not received any update on its status. I am left with no choice but to contact the bank if I do not hear back soon. My sister has also advised me to keep trying to contact foodservicedirect, but unfortunately, I have not received any response regarding my order despite my attempts.

Hello, I was expecting my package to be delivered yesterday. I was informed by FSD & UPS that it would arrive on Friday. I waited all day at home for the refrigerated package. Surprisingly, I received an email at 8:00 PM saying it won't arrive until Monday between 9:30-1:30, which I find hard to believe. I have an important event approaching and had planned to bake all weekend. Now, I'll be rushed to bake 4,[redacted] cookies at the last minute. UPS's customer service has been disappointing. I am anxious about this situation and unable to visit multiple stores to find the product. I would like compensation for the inconvenience caused and feel dissatisfied with UPS's response. Any help, such as delivering the package soon or waiving the shipping fee, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently made a purchase of $[redacted] worth of food from this company, but I received a tracking number stating that my order was delivered to San Francisco instead of Bellflower, CA where I live. Fortunately, the company reached out to me to explain that it was the wrong tracking number due to pandemic-related delays, but I appreciate their effort. Although some items are delayed, the products are well-packed, and the meats arrived frozen solid. I'm still waiting on some items from my first order, but when I placed a second order, they shipped those items immediately. My suggestion is to try them out, but be prepared to exercise patience during this time.

I am Jamil Hardrick writing about my recent order, number [redacted]26, which included Hellman's Vegan Mayonnaise, one gallon, 4 per case. The jars arrived with mayo spilled out, likely due to loose tops during transport. They lacked safety seals, crucial for storage after opening. Mayonnaise without seals, especially in large quantities, can spoil quickly. We intended to use them gradually but now can't due to contamination. We request a replacement order with proper safety seals. If not, we seek a refund of $83.95. Thank you for addressing this matter.

Order Number: [redacted]26 Name: Jamil H. I recently purchased a case of Hellman's Vegan mayonnaise from your website, consisting of 4 one-gallon jars. The delivery was made on 4/21/[redacted]. Unfortunately, upon opening the boxes, I discovered that all the jar tops were loose, resulting in the mayonnaise spilling inside the boxes. The lack of fresh seals made the product unusable, and we are unable to store it without spoiling. I would like to request a refund for the $83.95 I paid for this order.
