Dear Folgers, I have been a loyal consumer of your coffee for over 40 years without any issues, except for one time when I found a live spider in the old can coffee, which was unsettling. Recently, however, the last two containers I purchased from Meijer have been extremely bitter. The SKUs are [redacted], and they are both the classic roast. I always use three rounded tablespoons, and the taste has never been a problem until now. I'm not sure if there was a change in the product that caused this bitterness, but it has been frustrating to deal with. I own a Keurig single-serve coffee maker and recently purchased several "Black Silk" K-Cup Pods. Sadly, each time I use these pods, it results in a messy situation. While brewing, the grounds seem to spill over, leaving coffee grounds everywhere - on the pod, inside the machine, sprinkled on my countertop. I have decided not to purchase these pods again, as I prefer not to deal with the extra cleanup. I conducted a comparison by using a Keurig-branded pod, and the brewing process was much neater with no spillage or residue. The coffee grounds remained contained within the pod, ensuring a clean cup of coffee.

I believe I purchased a can of coffee that may have been over-roasted. The taste of this batch seems burnt compared to the usual Folgers regular coffee I buy. I have tried brewing it in various ways, but it still tastes burnt. My local store won't accept the return since the can has been opened. We are loyal Folgers customers and disappointed that we may have to discard a full can. Should I keep the container for inspection or try to return it to you for examination? About a week ago, I visited Publix Supermarket at Mableton Walk, [redacted] Floyd Rd., SW, Mableton, GA [redacted], with a friend. As a disabled individual who always needs a walker, I was given what I thought was an ad but turned out to be a Passover Haggadah with songs. Due to vision troubles and a recent visit to the eye doctor, I misplaced the Haggadah. Additionally, the straps on my walker became detached. I kindly request a duplicate to be sent to Rita J. I have been enjoying Folgers [redacted]% Colombian (Distinctively) MedDark for over a decade. It has been my favorite coffee in the US. Recently, I noticed that my specific Folgers variety went missing from the shelves and was replaced by a tan-labeled Folgers Medium. Online, I found the old version at Walmart using a picture as reference. Concerned that my beloved Folgers blend was being discontinued, I ordered 6 canisters. Unfortunately, upon delivery, I realized it was the newer replacement, not the original. Kevin from customer service explained that despite the label change, it was the same ground bean. After trying it, I could tell it was different. Eventually, I found my old Folgers back at the supermarket. I am now wondering if I should stock up on it in case it gets discontinued. I wanted to comment on the recent TV commercial for your new [redacted] line. I found the drug references, like when the detective tasted the coffee with his pinky finger, to be inappropriate. With the ongoing drug epidemic claiming many lives needlessly, it is concerning to see such imagery. People of all ages, including those in recovery, should not be exposed to such content. I hope you consider the impact of your marketing strategies and uphold a level of respect in your advertising efforts. Thank you for allowing me to express my concerns. - L. Stone

I have never contacted a company before or considered myself to be overly sensitive to advertising. Nevertheless, I was deeply affected by your recent ad for your new coffee. It made me aware of what being "tone deaf" truly means. As the mother of a 23-year-old daughter struggling with drug addiction, I found the ad to be highly inappropriate. Many of my friends are also facing similar challenges, and it's clear that your company may not fully understand the implications of this campaign. The advertising agency responsible for this needs to reevaluate their approach and reflect on the impact it can have on families like mine. In the current state of crisis, it's concerning that such insensitive ads are being released. There is nothing amusing or lighthearted about the serious issues our country is facing. I bought K-Cup coffee pods from Sam's Club in Odessa, Texas. When I brewed a cup and took a sip, it tasted burnt and old. Assuming it was my coffee maker, I cleaned it and tried again, but the taste persisted. I bought different coffee from a nearby store, but it tasted the same. Even when serving others without mentioning the taste, they all agreed it tasted burnt. Unsure of the issue, I eventually bought a new coffee pot, but the burnt taste persisted with the new one too.

I have a unique idea for your new advertising campaign. I currently own a Class A Motorhome, a [redacted] Entegra Vision 32’, sleeps 8. It's in like-new condition, only used five times with [redacted] miles on it. This beautiful coach could be ideal for marketing your new ad campaign. You could have it painted with Folgers products on both sides and possibly rent it out for constant movement and advertising, similar to the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile. I have been experiencing multiple instances of receiving bad-tasting coffee recently. One store even refused to exchange them despite having the receipt. I expect consistent and delicious coffee, especially as the price has increased to $12. I have had to discard around 8-10 brand new Folgers French roast coffees because of their poor taste. I live rurally and have to travel about 30 miles to get this specific coffee, which is the only one my family drinks. Could you please consider sending me some replacement coupons and loyalty discount coupons? Being disabled and on a fixed income, it's challenging for me to return products or have someone else travel to the store for exchanges. My family has been loyal customers for years, and I go through a large container of Folgers French roast every 3 days. Despite my neighbor suggesting Kroger French roast, I've never considered switching before these recent issues with Folgers. Thank you, Lisa S.

Good afternoon, I recently purchased a 30-pack of Folgers coffee K-Cups and encountered an issue with them not functioning properly in my Keurig coffee maker. Despite cleaning the machine and trying again, the problem persisted. Surprisingly, when I used a different brand of K-Cups in the same format, they worked without any issues. Could this be due to a faulty batch of Folgers K-Cups? I have always been a fan of your products and never encountered problems before. Thank you.
