FogDog.com Customer Service Issues

Dear Customer Service, I made a purchase on December 21 for ping pong products on eBay with an expected arrival date of December 30. Unfortunately, the delivery date was changed to January 3 without my consent, causing me to no longer be able to give the items as gifts. I requested a cancellation, but was informed it wasn't possible due to the order being in the system. Since the products were not shipped promptly, I believe the order could have been canceled. Additionally, I had to order from another seller once the delivery date was changed. I kindly ask for a complimentary shipping label, as the delayed arrival was due to the company's actions. I was out of town by December 31. It's essential to highlight that my other purchases from different eBay vendors arrived on time. Thank you, G. S.

I recently purchased a pair of Itasca Searay shoes in size 7 WOMENS. I adore how they look and feel. The color, fit, and overall design are just perfect for me. However, when I received the shoes from Amazon, I was sent a pair in size 7 MENS instead. The color and stitching were significantly different from what I ordered. I accepted responsibility for possibly ordering incorrectly and decided to order the same pair in WOMENS. To my surprise, I received another pair of men's shoes. After contacting Fogdog, my shopping and shipping costs were refunded. I have printed the shipping label and plan to return the unworn men's shoes by Fri. Jan. 10. I hope to receive the correct pair of size 7 WOMEN'S Searay shoes soon. Thank you, Mary Silvernail, a big fan of quality footwear.
