I recently purchased Florsheim shoes for my husband and am frustrated as the shoes received are the wrong size and style. The delivery box was damaged, and the shoebox was ripped upon arrival. I am reaching out to Florsheim customer service in hopes of resolving this issue but have been unable to connect with a representative. I ordered the Berkley penny loafers in black, size 12 EEE. I hope to receive assistance from Florsheim regarding this matter.
