I have been attempting to apply for unemployment benefits since June [redacted]. I have successfully undergone ID verification with DEO twice and uploaded all necessary documents without any issues. However, each time I try to log into my account, it indicates that my account is locked. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this by phone, I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone for assistance. Interestingly, when I send a note, the account becomes unlocked, but I am unable to log in afterwards. I have two accounts, one linked to [redacted] and the other to [redacted], with the latter being my most recent account. I am confident that this is not an ID verification issue since I have been verified twice. I am eager to access my account and proceed with my application; any help would be greatly appreciated. I am Alexandra. I am facing issues while filing a new unemployment claim. I am unable to delete incomplete jobs due to system bugs. I encountered a duplicate job that I cannot remove. Additionally, the system keeps me in a loop regarding employment periods. Even after filling out all the required fields marked with a red asterisk, it still states work info and the reason for leaving are unnecessary when indicating no additional employment. I am unable to progress as I cannot provide false information. The website's coding is flawed and I require assistance with this matter.
