My name is Bhawani, and I have a Flipkart account linked to mobile number [redacted]. I recently ordered a Mi brand cellphone with order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0. Unfortunately, the product I received was defective as it played double videos on YouTube. After several attempts to resolve the issue with Flipkart, the product was replaced but the problem persisted. I requested a return, but the pickup was repeatedly postponed by Flipkart without anyone coming to collect the item as scheduled. Today, I waited for the pickup without any success and was later informed that the pickup was attempted, which was untrue. This has been ongoing for about a month now, and I urge Flipkart to refund my amount within 24 hours to avoid further action. As a student with upcoming exams and a YouTube channel to manage, this situation has caused me considerable distress. If not resolved promptly, I will have to seek legal recourse and share my experience on social media.

I had a disappointing experience with the E-kart courier service partnered with Flipkart. The courier demanded an extra [redacted] for delivering the product. Despite meeting all criteria for the phone I ordered, the courier spent an hour checking it and then falsely claimed there was a screen issue. After I gave the extra money, he suddenly said the phone was fine, without providing an updated invoice. This happened again with another order, where he refused to deliver until I paid extra, showing a lack of transparency. I believe this behavior is dishonest and reflects poorly on Flipkart. In contrast, I had a smoother process with Amazon where they checked the phone without any issues. Flipkart's service has been disappointing recently, and I hope they address these unethical practices.

Regarding my recent order of Haldiram's Gujarati Kachori, I received 3 packets on 21 April [redacted] delivered by Jitendra Rathor. Unfortunately, one of the packets was tampered with and empty, missing the product details cover. Upon contacting customer service, Avishek called and promised a refund, requesting bank details which I believe unnecessary, preferring a check instead. However, after the call, there was no follow-up. Despite further attempts to contact customer care, I faced a similar issue with a lady, who disconnected after proposing to put me on hold. The multiple communication attempts to resolve a simple problem surprise me, as other e-commerce companies handle such issues more efficiently. I hope for a prompt resolution. Meena Chakravorty.

Unfortunately, the product installation occurred after the return window had closed, preventing me from initiating the return. Despite my multiple attempts to request a return, the customer care team has not been handling my case effectively. They call me to confirm my details, only to abruptly end the call without resolving my issue. The in-app status shows my complaint as resolved, though it remains unresolved. I urge Flipkart to rectify this matter promptly.
After speaking with the company, they are willing to accept the return but require Flipkart to arrange the pickup. Once collected, I will receive my refund. Please expedite this process for me.

Today, my return was rejected once again, even though the person did not come to pick it up. The product does not fit well, and when I tried to return it, I was informed that it lacked a seal or tag (*which it did not have when I received it*) and I also had no physical copy of the invoice, leading to the rejection. Although Flipkart promised to cancel the return the next day when I spoke to them on the phone, it has not been done yet. I urge you to please assist me promptly. I am very disappointed with the poor quality check process, and unless this issue is resolved promptly, I will have to stop using Flipkart. Additionally, Flipkart refuses to acknowledge the detection risks in their quality checks.

It is now 12:30 pm the next day, and the order has not arrived. Dog food is crucial as we have been facing feeding problems for our dog for the last two days. Despite receiving an email confirming delivery on May 8th and then again on May 9th, the order has still not arrived. The lack of updates and delays have been very disappointing.
