I wanted to share my disappointing experience with the delivery of my Agaro Massager ordered through Flipkart with Order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0, due to be delivered on 2 Nov. [redacted]. I received a message yesterday that the order was out for delivery. When I tried to inquire about the delivery time, the delivery person rudely suggested canceling the order. After contacting customer service and dealing with a lack of professionalism, I was told it would be delivered in the evening. The delivery person called me at 7:45 p.m., but upon my return call 15 minutes later, he promised to come but did not show up. Today, I received another notification for delivery, and after contacting the delivery person, he said he would come between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., yet failed to do so. This disappointing and irresponsible behavior from Ekart Logistics has left me feeling let down by both Flipkart and their courier service.

I placed orders for these two items on the Flipkart app, and they were shipped to me with a promise of delivery. Now, I am shocked to see that the items have been canceled. I contacted a customer service representative who informed me that the items are out of stock. It is unacceptable that Flipkart shipped the items to my address only to cancel them later. I have evidence of all the shipping and order details saved. I will be forced to take legal action if my items are not delivered promptly. I canceled my order for the DazzelOn DZ40 ADJUSTABLE TOP LOAD Washing Machine Trolley and washing machine cover yesterday. Today, your representative only picked up the cover and not the stand, claiming there was no logo on the trolley stand matching the one on my mobile. I need Flipkart to address why their executive did not collect the complete return product and ensure they have the correct information about the items I ordered. I have been trying to reach the customer care number for an hour without success, and I am disappointed compared to the service provided by Amazon. I never encountered these issues with Amazon's customer care, and the toll-free number for Flipkart, 1[redacted], seems unreachable.

1. My microphone is not working.
2. The model I received looks completely different from the picture, unlike the JVC party speaker I previously ordered from Flipkart, which was good. I found the current product being sold for Rs [redacted]/- on other websites, which makes me question its authenticity.
3. I ordered BOSE speakers with the option for replacement, but I actually wanted a refund. Despite being a Flipkart Plus member, I faced difficulties with the customer service as they insisted on a replacement. Now, I urgently need the product replaced within the 10-day replacement policy period. I have contacted customer care multiple times but have not received a satisfactory response. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will have to consider taking legal action against Flipkart.

I lodged a return complaint on October 3rd for a replacement, and it has been more than 10 days without any resolution. The replacement was closed without my consent, and my account was blocked since October 7th. I have not received the replacement for my Redmi K20 Pro in pearl white color yet. I received the mobile in a box with soap, an open seal, scratched IMEI number, and a damaged parcel box. I have not been updated on when I will receive the replacement box. Despite promises, I have not received any calls regarding the status of my mobile. Please provide me with the replacement as soon as possible. Thank you.

I purchased a 43" LG TV through your website on October 24, [redacted], and paid the full amount. The TV was dispatched from Hosur to Karwar via GATI transport on October 26, [redacted]. I placed an order for the Samsung TV mentioned above on October 21, [redacted]. The initial delivery date was scheduled for November 3, [redacted], but unfortunately, the order was delayed. After contacting Customer Care, I was given a new delivery date of November 12, [redacted]. I patiently waited, but to my dismay, on November 16, [redacted], my order was canceled by Flipkart. When I reached out to Customer Care again, I was informed that they could not fulfill the order.
I am disappointed with the lack of follow-through on the promised delivery dates and I am now seeking a refund with interest for the inconvenience caused by Flipkart's actions. Additionally, I request that Flipkart covers any charges incurred from closing the EMI with the bank due to their cancellation. I want to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had with Flipkart. I ordered a Prestige cooktop (order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0) on November 7 for a matrimonial event on November 22. The product was delivered a day late, on November 21, without a bill and turned out to be old and used. I immediately initiated a return request on November 21. After canceling and re-requesting the return under instructions from customer service, the product was picked up on November 27. The Wishmaster mentioned a smart pickup issue, but customer service assured us it will be resolved. However, I was shocked to find out through an email on November 28 that my return request was canceled without my knowledge. I feel betrayed and hope for a prompt resolution.
