I ordered dinner from the Pinecrest location for my family. When I served the chicken wings and fries, a roach emerged from under a wing, which made my kids refuse to eat. I contacted the manager, Jack, who claimed they don't have roach issues and implied it must have come from my home. He offered to replace the container the roach was in, possibly from the wings, fries, or shrimp. Disgusted, we didn't touch the food and threw it all away, totaling $70 wasted. Despite providing photos, I felt they accused me of lying to scam free food. As long-time customers, this treatment was unacceptable. I've always enjoyed Flannigan's, but this experience was disappointing.

I am Carlos. Recently, during a visit to a restaurant, a mishap occurred where the young lady serving accidentally spilled food on me. While the staff was apologetic, I felt the response could have been more attentive. The server replaced my meal promptly, but did not assist in cleaning the mess on the floor and my clothes. When the replacement wings arrived, they were overcooked, and there was an issue with the missing wing from the initial spill. Though the manager intervened, the resolution felt lacking, as I was left to handle most of the mess myself. I work for an Engineering Firm that hosts a Happy Hour every Friday. I usually place a $[redacted] - $[redacted] order in the morning on the same day to ensure the food is ready on time. Today, when I called before the lunch rush to place the order, Stephanie, a Manager, advised me to call back at 2 to have the order ready by 3. Given that this is a significant catering order, I was concerned about the short notice. It seemed like neither the staff nor the manager were willing to confirm the availability of items or even write down the order in advance for the kitchen. This experience was at the Coconut Grove location, and I believe there is room for improvement in the ordering system.

Yesterday on Mother's Day, my son took me to Flanagan's, specifically store 40 on [redacted]. Our table was [redacted], served by server 72, and my code was [redacted]. We ordered 10 barbecue wings, 10 mild wings, a rack of baby back ribs, and some broccoli. Unfortunately, when we got home, the barbecue ribs were dry and the baby back wings were burnt. I was disappointed because it was a special day and the food did not meet their usual standards. Additionally, I noticed the staff at the store were not wearing gloves when handling food, which is concerning, especially during this time. As a loyal customer of Flannigans, I often dine there with my colleagues. Despite the busy phone lines when trying to order, I arrived at the restaurant with my sick daughter and husband. Being pregnant, I wanted to order my favorite dish, the rock 'n' roll ribs. Unfortunately, the curbside server informed me it wasn't possible, and when I requested to speak to the manager, Sergio at the Kendall location declined my order, citing a 30-minute wait due to a busy restaurant. However, upon observing many empty tables inside, my husband entered to inquire. The manager's refusal and tone were disrespectful and unprofessional, considering my situation. I urge Flannigans to address this issue promptly, as I felt mistreated and disrespected. If necessary, I will escalate this matter with my business team. The lack of consideration and treatment were truly disappointing and upsetting.
