Hello,
I recently became a customer of your bank after transitioning from Wells Fargo. I have approximately $98,[redacted] in my checking and savings accounts. Although I received three emails from your bank three days ago, I have not received my checkbook, debit card, or credit card. To make matters worse, I am unaware of my new account number with your bank. I have tried contacting your customer service 15 times in the last three hours with no success, despite it being advertised as open until 6 PM ET on Saturdays. This lack of communication is concerning, as I have numerous auto payments scheduled today but do not have my Flagstar account number. I am feeling anxious about this unexpected situation. I hope you can assist me with resolving these issues promptly.
Thank you,
Tushar D.

As a former Wells Fargo customer who was transferred to Flagstar Bank, I am experiencing issues accessing my bank account number and my debit card is not functioning. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I have not received any assistance, and the nearest branch is quite a distance away. I am requesting my account be closed, and a check with the balance from my Wells Fargo account be sent to me promptly. Immediate communication via email or phone, as well as access to my funds, is imperative. Failure to address this situation may result in legal action. The current lack of access to funds during the holiday season is unacceptable, and I am eager for a resolution to this matter.

We were informed that our Chrysler Town & Country van was paid off in December [redacted]. The loan number was 4[redacted]4, and it was initiated on September 23, [redacted], through Wells Fargo. Since Flagstar took over from Wells Fargo, no one at Flagstar seems to have any information about this matter. We are simply seeking the title for the mentioned vehicle, which seems to have gotten lost in the transition. Flagstar now claims that the loan was not linked to the van we bought in [redacted]. We believe that someone must have the title for this van, unless it was misplaced during the bank transition. If we are unable to obtain the title, a clean bill of sale would suffice. We were assured by someone in Flagstar on July 17 that we would receive it, but we have only received a release of the loan, which does not mention the vehicle. Amy L., the service manager at the Flagstar branch in Auburn, Indiana, was informed about the bill of sale. We have been trying to resolve this title situation since February, and despite the time that has passed, we have not received a satisfactory answer.

Hello, I have been trying to contact you for several days via Gmail and Messenger without success. Maybe through this platform, I can get your attention. A few days ago, precisely on August 26th, a lady named Mery Lewis contacted me on Twitter, pretending to be a generous person who was ill and offered me an inheritance of $3,[redacted],[redacted]. To access this inheritance, I was instructed to contact Mr. Alessandro Dinello. Upon investigating, I found that the email domain provided, Alessandro P. DiNello <[redacted]>, is associated with scams. I want to alert you as they are using the name of a prestigious bank and Mr. Alessandro DiNello, who I believe is an honest person, for fraudulent purposes. I have attached two images related to this case from my files. I am located in Venezuela. Regards, Wolfgang M. +58 0[redacted]

I am frustrated with the constant phone transfers. Please consider providing an email address for customer inquiries. I have sent a letter from Security First detailing the claim issue I've raised, which is also discussed with Stewart Padigo. Kindly resolve this matter promptly as it has been pending for over a year.
