I purchased the Smart Stages handbag for my 1-year-old daughter for Christmas and have been quite disappointed with the product. Initially, I was happy because both my daughter and 2-year-old son play with it, drawn to the colorful accessories. However, one of the songs mentions two keys, purple and green, while the keys included are purple and yellow. I even checked online and found all images show a yellow and purple key, causing confusion as to why the song mentions green. This toy is designed with different levels for children's development, but having the wrong colored keys is not setting a good example. It's important to ensure educational toys are accurate in teaching children.

Hello, I wanted to share my concern about the availability of Blaze and the Monster Machines toys and party supplies. My son is turning 3 on April 29th, and I'm planning a Blaze party for him. However, I'm struggling to find these supplies in stores like Walmart, Target, Dollar Generals, and Ross nearby. I prefer not to shop online as I like to see the items in person. The only place I found some party supplies was at Party City, but they were pricey. I wish there was an option to have these items available in more stores for other kids who enjoy the show.

I purchased the Little Lamb Platinum Edition baby cradle swing over a year ago in preparation for my pregnancy. Since my son's arrival, he has enjoyed using it from his very first day leaving the hospital. Recently, after a messy incident, I followed the washing instructions and cleaned the padding in the machine. However, upon air-drying, I noticed the stitching in the back had come undone, leaving cotton material in the washer. Considering the nearly $[redacted] I invested in this swing and the joy it brings my little one, I am seeking a replacement cover. I would prefer not to attempt repairing it myself to prevent any future stitching issues, especially if I need to wash it again. Fixing delicate seams is not something I am comfortable or skilled at handling.

I recently received the Fisher Price Laugh and Learn Food Truck as a gift for my daughter's birthday. She was born premature and spent time in the NICU, so we missed out on a traditional baby shower. Since she is growing up, we decided to have a birthday celebration and create a gift registry. The Food Truck arrived from her grandparents, but it seems to be missing some accessories. I carefully checked the manual and all the truck parts are there and assembled correctly. Initially, I thought I overlooked the accessories while assembling it, but upon closer inspection, they are indeed missing. Is there a way for us to acquire these missing items? Back in [redacted], Thomas the Tank Engine was a huge hit with my grandsons aged 3 to 9. Initially taking over a 4ft x 8ft board, it later expanded to the walls of an 11ft x 8ft room dubbed 'the Thomas Room'. Now, the entire railway is boxed up as my youngest grandson has moved on to other interests. My daughter intends to sell his Thomas collection, and my wife suggests I do the same. Wanting to preserve the spirit of Thomas, I, a volunteer at Chinnor & Princes Risborough Heritage Railway since [redacted], proposed creating a 4ft x 16ft layout using the blue track. Seeking permission for the project, I envision young children joyfully interacting with the trains, like my grandchildren did. However, I am unsure of the regulations or restrictions involved and seek guidance on the viability of my idea. I hope to bring Thomas and Friends to our heritage railway for the enjoyment of young children as part of our 150th anniversary celebration in [redacted]. Thank you for any assistance provided. I bought my 14-month-old daughter a Fisher-Price Bounce and Spin Puppy for Christmas. Recently, she has been pulling herself up on it, and while I was cooking dinner, I heard her coughing. When I checked on her, I found that the battery compartment had broken, causing the plastic casing around it to crack. Even though the screw is still in place, the toy is now unsafe for her to play with as she could get her hand caught in it. I'm disappointed with this purchase as I've bought many Fisher-Price items before without any issues. I believe in investing in high-quality toys that last, but this one didn't meet my expectations. It's frustrating to have spent £60 on a toy that now poses a safety risk to my daughter.

Mi bebé de 6 meses se cayó hacia delante en la silla de comer debido a que las tiras de sujeción se soltaron del respaldo. Tuve que llevarla a urgencias para pruebas. Las cuerdas no están debidamente aseguradas en el respaldo y considero que el producto no es seguro para un bebé. Planeo presentar una queja y no recomendarlo.

I have two Fisher-Price toys, an airplane and a school bus, but I seem to have lost the passengers that go with them during a recent move. I suspect my toddler might have moved them. I can't use the toys without the passengers. I am reaching out to inquire about how to obtain replacements for the travelers. The airplane has 3 passengers, including the pilot, and the school bus has 4 passengers, including the driver. I would greatly appreciate any assistance on how to get these replaced. Thank you.

Hello, I purchased a Fisher-Price large ball pit for $70. Unfortunately, it had a hole in it when I attempted to inflate it for the first time. I missed the return window, but I would prefer a replacement without any defects over a refund. I am hoping to find a way to return the damaged one without incurring any additional charges and receive a new one. I have young children who are excited to play with it.

Hello, I recently purchased the Fisher-Price Sit-to-Stand Activity Center from Amazon for my baby, and while he enjoys it, I've encountered an issue. The fabric on the front where my baby dribbles seems to have developed mold surprisingly quickly, despite the item being used in a cool, dry basement. I'm concerned about the mold being near my baby's mouth, even after washing it twice with vinegar. I'm hesitant to use bleach as it may damage the fabric further. I'm wondering if this is a common problem and if it's possible to get a replacement seat cover for hygiene purposes. Going forward, I plan to wash it more frequently to prevent mold growth. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have the Fisher-Price Sit-to-Stand Activity Center, and I've noticed mold forming on the fabric in front from my baby's drool after just a few weeks. Considering this is designed for babies and is expected to get drooled on often, I'm surprised it happened so fast. I would like to request a replacement seat. I intend to wash it more regularly to avoid this problem going forward, but I'm hesitant to let my baby use it until I'm certain the mold is completely gone after cleaning it.

The tablet freezes and repeats actions when he presses something. I am inquiring about purchasing a replacement set of balls for the Sit Ride and Stride Lion. This toy was used by my first grandson, and we have recently welcomed a new addition to the family. I have a 44-year-old non-verbal son who adores music. He has been enjoying playing cassette tapes on the classic Fisher Price tape players since he was young. These are becoming scarce, and I often have to resort to eBay, where they don't always arrive in good condition. Do you happen to have any in storage that I could purchase?
