I am reaching out regarding the return of an item from my recent order. I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone at Filson's customer service.
Upon using the provided return shipping label from Filson via UPS, I noticed that the email from UPS did not include a return form. Consequently, I did not enclose a return form inside the box. The Filson customer service representative advised me to write the "RA" number on the box. However, I am concerned if my return will be processed correctly without the return form. Despite multiple attempts to contact Filson by phone, I have faced long hold times exceeding 18 minutes before eventually disconnecting.
Could you please clarify if the information on the shipping label is sufficient for the return process? I kindly request Filson to contact me either via email or phone to address this matter promptly.
