I am reaching out for assistance regarding an issue with my recent purchase from your company. Several months ago, I ordered two Fatheads, one being the Indianapolis Colts helmet and the other a 39-inch Baltimore Oriole decal. These items were meant to be the focal point of my man cave's decor. Unfortunately, after three days of installation, the Baltimore Oriole decal fell off the wall multiple times. Despite my efforts to reapply it, it no longer sticks properly. While I do not have my order number readily available, I used my credit card for the purchase and can locate the transaction if necessary. I still have the packaging tube with some identification numbers. I would appreciate a replacement decal as I believe in the quality of your products and hope for your support.

Hello, we bought several large wall action heroes many years ago and everything has been fine except for our Superman, which keeps falling off the wall due to folding edges. Recently, it fell completely. We tried straightening it, but the wrinkles persist even when laid upside down. We are unable to find a replacement for sale.
Is it possible to purchase one directly from your stock? If not, should we try steaming out the wrinkles? How do you recommend rehanging it once straightened? This Superman is a treasured item in our home, our favorite Fathead. We appreciate any assistance.

Regarding order #[redacted], this was my first custom order with Fathead, and I was very excited! My son, Nick, is a Marine deployed currently, and I wanted to have him "here" with us for Father's Day through a life-size cardboard cutout from FatHead. Unfortunately, the first proof was sent on a Wednesday morning when I was working a double shift, so I did not see the email until Friday. I was distressed not being able to reach customer service about using the correct image I purchased from LifeTouch. Despite several emails, there was no response until a week later, leaving my order unproduced. I would appreciate a supervisor from Customer Service reaching out to me promptly. I placed the order on 5/21 and needed it before 5/12 for a Father's Day photo session. I expected more assistance in handling the image resolution issue within the stated production time. I am disappointed with the company's customer service experience. After weeks of trying, I finally received an email response about an issue with my order #[redacted]. The hexagon logo paper I ordered doesn't match the color of the first roll I have. Mary agreed to reimburse me for the Bills paper and said I didn't need to return it. I also need to return the Lakers logo paper from the same order under my husband, B.D. On order #[redacted], I need to return the LeBron James decal. I was instructed to process the return at returns.fathead.com. However, there was a discrepancy in color and after showing proof, Mary offered a store credit for the products. I expect a credit for the Bills paper and store credit for the other items. I was also promised a 20% discount for new products as compensation. Despite initial assurances, further communication indicated a refund of $[redacted] for the Bills paper and a complication in returning the other items. I have requested to speak with a manager without any response. I would appreciate prompt contact for resolution. Thank you. - R.D.

It has been frustrating trying to reach out to you without success. I attempted to contact you by phone but was unsuccessful. When I tried to send an email, I was directed to a customer feedback form and despite filling it out and clicking submit, it kept looping back to the initial page. This caused me to become increasingly frustrated. I am disappointed with the lack of communication regarding the delivery time, and I believe your chosen shipping company, FedEx, is subpar. Despite paying for expedited shipping and receiving assurances that my order would arrive on time, there were multiple delays and I did not receive my package when promised. The customer service experience has been lacking, with incorrect emails being sent and a lack of accountability on FedEx's part. I had allowed enough time for a 2-3 week delivery, but now I find myself feeling let down especially after choosing to support your business post-Covid. The inability to reach you by phone, access a functional customer service platform, and select a reliable freight carrier has left me extremely dissatisfied.

About a month ago, I purchased a Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl poster from Fathead for my son's Christmas gift. It was meant to decorate his man cave in the garage. However, the poster fell off the wall and got damaged because it stuck together. I spent $80.00 on this item, and I am disappointed with the quality. It's frustrating to pay so much for a product that doesn't adhere to the wall as advertised and then becomes unusable when it falls down. Any assistance you can provide would be highly valued.
