I visited Family Video to inquire about putting money towards my late fees. I accidentally rented a movie I had already returned, leading to an additional $8 charge. When discussing this with a new employee, they became defensive and refused to let me speak to the regular checker. The situation escalated when I returned a movie without the disc, and the new worker accused me of stealing. Despite being a regular customer at this store for two years and seeing the same staff member every visit, the new employee's aggressive behavior was unsettling. It seemed she may have been on her first day and was noticeably pregnant. This experience, especially after attending the store's anniversary party, left me surprised and disappointed.
