I am seeking clarification from Family Dollar regarding a $28 credit transaction from Widely Visa. After disputing the charge with Widely Visa, they confirmed that they credited Family Dollar on July 28th. Despite this, Family Dollar claims they did not receive the credit. Widely Visa resolved the dispute, but I have received an email stating Family Dollar is not liable. I am still out $28 and would like this matter resolved. Unfortunately, the store manager, Gilbert, and cashier, Kevin, have not been helpful. During the incident at Family Dollar on [redacted] Broadway, San Antonio, TX, Kevin voided the sale, but the credit was not processed. I observed the charge being reversed by Visa due to insufficient funds, yet Widely Visa insists they credited Family Dollar. This issue occurred around 10:00 p.m. My contact information is as follows: Michael M., email: [redacted], address: [redacted] Brackenridge Ave #[redacted], San Antonio, TX, [redacted].

I had a $2.00 coupon for Angel Soft that wasn't deducted by the computer at checkout. The cashier tried to resolve the issue by contacting the absent manager, who claimed the coupon might have been used previously. However, I distinctly remember having the coupon clipped on my phone three times, so I'm confused by the manager's explanation. I frequently shop at this store every Saturday to make use of the $5 coupon offer, but this experience has left me dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided.

During my shopping trip today, I had a frustrating experience at a store in Atkins, Arkansas. After changing my mind about some items at the checkout, the cashier was somewhat rude when I asked her to remove a few things from my purchase. Later, when I visited Dollar General, the manager accused me of putting items in my purse, even though I had nothing in it except my bra that I had taken off in the bathroom. The manager claimed that Family Dollar had called her about me, which I found both puzzling and upsetting. I felt unfairly treated and judged for simply changing my shopping decisions. I did not steal anything and was taken aback by the insinuation. The whole ordeal left me feeling hurt and angry. It's disappointing to be treated this way in my own community for no valid reason.

I purchased a jogging suit for my son at a Family Dollar store for $12.50, but they did not give me a receipt, which seems to be a common occurrence at this location. They offered me a store credit, so I used it along with an additional $20.00 to buy more items. However, when I requested a receipt for the total purchase, I was told I couldn't get one for the items bought with the credit. I find it concerning that they won't provide a receipt for the full transaction, especially since the credit didn't cover the entire amount. Additionally, they mentioned that I wouldn't be able to get a refund if I had to return any items from this purchase, which doesn't seem right to me. Having a receipt is essential as there are no dressing rooms to try on clothes in-store. I believe this issue needs attention, and customers should receive receipts for their purchases. The store supervisor's number listed on the receipt is [redacted], and the store details are Family Dollar #[redacted] on Elm St, Hopewell, VA, with the phone number [redacted].

I visited my local store and spoke to the manager about an employee parking in the handicap spot. The manager insisted they could park there and rudely told me to shop or leave. I informed him of his mistake, but the situation escalated. I wish to report this incident involving Kolon, the manager at the Family Dollar on Watkins in Memphis, TN. His behavior sets a poor example for the staff, including the way he treated me, a loyal customer. My name is Justin S. and both my disabled wife and I were mistreated. My wife recently had her leg amputated, making the manager's actions even more upsetting.

On October 18, [redacted], I visited Family Dollar and mistakenly left several items unpaid for. I then returned the items I purchased, but I have not yet received a refund of $[redacted].52 on my card. I have the original receipt, but not the slip confirming the return. Family Dollar staff mentioned that they are not accepting returns due to COVID reasons, but this should not prevent me from receiving my refund. I am frustrated with their customer service and need assistance with resolving this issue promptly.

I want to share my recent experience at the store. My husband has been hospitalized since Monday, and I urgently needed dry shampoo. When I grabbed two different brands from the shelf, both were recalled items. I tried to explain my situation to a rude manager and another staff member who didn't know what dry shampoo was. I found a third brand that was also recalled. It was frustrating to encounter such unhelpful and uncaring employees, which is not typical for this store I've been shopping at for years. I was so disappointed that I made a complaint with consumer affairs and the BBB. I hope the manager receives retraining as their attitude was unacceptable. I even received my own receipt when I asked for the head office number, adding to the poor customer service.

I recently bought a bag of Pedigree dog food expecting to pay the advertised price of $12.25, but was charged $15.75 at the register. After pointing out the discrepancy to the cashier, he insisted on the price listed on the bag, not the shelf. When requesting to speak to the manager, the cashier, who identified as Assistant Manager Dillan, said there was no one else present. Despite my insistence on honoring the shelf price, he rudely refused. Even after threatening to cancel my purchase, I was belittled by the cashier. I'm disappointed in the lack of customer service and adherence to pricing policies at this store. I request a refund for the extra amount I was forced to pay and suggest that the staff, particularly management, receive additional training on pricing guidelines and customer respect.

I recently shopped at the Sylvania, GA Family Dollar store and encountered an unsettling situation with the manager. A few weeks ago, while browsing the store, I noticed the manager in casual clothes. As I picked up a package of batteries, she observed me along with a male customer she seemed to be flirting with. Later, I placed the batteries back on the shelf as I collected my work items. When I was near her, she asked about the batteries, insinuating I did not return them. However, on my next visit, I was informed I couldn't shop there, allegedly for being racist and failing to return the batteries. I was deeply troubled by these accusations, especially since I have black grandchildren.

I would appreciate it if someone could contact me regarding a store manager named Tina at the Bridgeport AL location. She lacks customer service skills and has been rude. On multiple occasions, I have witnessed her gossiping about employees loudly in the store, and I even heard her expressing love for her "haters." I found the incident last night particularly frustrating. I tried to use a digital coupon from Marlboro for Marlboro Special Select [redacted]'s, but the cashier grabbed the wrong pack, voided the transaction, and Tina was dismissive about the issue. When my fiancée posted about the experience on social media, Tina confronted us aggressively at a local event. I've been unable to reach customer service to file a complaint. I would like a call back from the corporate office to provide more details on the situation. My name is Evan Robinson.

I visited Family Dollar store number [redacted] on Prince Road in Tucson, AZ on 11/09/22 at 1:09 PM. During my visit, I purchased an item and upon exiting, I noticed a shelf near the register displaying Energizer [redacted] batteries priced at $1. Despite the signage indicating the price, an employee insisted they were more expensive due to the brand. This led to a disagreement, and upon returning to the store later, the batteries had been removed. I have been a loyal customer of Family Dollar for many years but was disappointed by this experience. I plan to reach out to customer service about the issue and hope for a resolution.

I am Jeri Turner, with employee number [redacted]8. I previously worked as the assistant manager at store [redacted] before being transferred to [redacted] in Charlotte, North Carolina. Unfortunately, I left my purse there after my shift on Tuesday. I informed a colleague it was mine and I intended to retrieve it during my next shift. However, I fell ill and had to call out. Today, at 12, I was told to provide a doctor's note and be there by 3. Despite my willingness to obtain the note, I explained I couldn't make it by 3 due to my condition. The response was rude and disrespectful, insisting I be there by 3 with the note. I made the decision to resign and mentioned I would retrieve my bag, only to be told it had been discarded. It is disappointing that they disposed of something I clearly identified as mine.

Hello, my name is Amy. I recently had an issue at one of your stores in San Antonio, Texas, involving a Victoria's Secret purse of mine being given to another shopper by one of your employees. The incident was captured on camera, showing the employee placing both purses on the counter and turning away, allowing the other shopper to take mine. In my purse, there was over $[redacted], as well as mine and my children's social security cards and birth certificates. I have been trying to resolve this for over a year now, but have not been able to reach anyone at the corporate office. The store manager has been helpful in contacting the police and providing information, but I am still waiting for a resolution from the corporate office. I am in need of assistance to recover my stimulus money and replace the important documents. Please contact me via phone at [redacted] or email. Thank you.

I have encountered an issue with our local store in Hemlock, Michigan, as they have an incorrect phone number listed on the website. After making four trips to the store for a sale item that was out of stock, I realized I could have called ahead if the right number was available. When contacting the Saginaw store for the correct Hemlock store number, I was given the Standish store number, revealing another mistake. The Standish employee mentioned receiving similar inquiries for the Hemlock store. It would be very beneficial to update store information on the websites to allow customers to verify product availability before making wasted trips. It took me four visits to discover the Pepsi I wanted was restocked after the sale ended. This experience highlights the importance of accurate store details for customers visiting local stores.

I placed an order on November 17th with the expectation to receive it by November 27th. Upon arriving at the store, the staff informed me that they could not locate my order. I want to visit the store today and collect my items directly from the shelves. I believe it is unfair to further delay my order when I have already made the payment. I am disappointed by the lack of assistance from the store manager and have resorted to reaching out to you for help. I simply wish to receive my order. Order number #[redacted]1 for Tichele Bradford.

I have yet to receive my in-store pickup order that was placed on November 15. It was shipped on November 21. Despite reaching out through the "Contact Us" option, I have not received any response. The estimated delivery date displayed on the "Track Order" page has changed multiple times - from November 25 to November 23, then December 5, and now back to November 23. None of these dates have been met, as today is December 8. The item in question is a Christmas tree, and if it isn't delivered promptly, I will no longer have a use for it. Could you please provide me with an update on the status of my order? Order Number: [redacted] Billing Zip Code: [redacted] Billing Last Name: Doyel I would appreciate swift resolution to this matter.

Hello, I am reaching out as a loyal Family Dollar customer named Ms. Murphy. I would like to request that the store continues to carry the Blessed House Air Freshener Spray. The product features an image of an Indian with a tomahawk on the front of the can. I kindly ask for your continued supply of this item as I purchase around 10 or more cans every two weeks on Fridays. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter. If needed, I can be reached via email at [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you.

I purchased an Apple gift card and upon checking it, I discovered it had already been used. When I informed an employee at the Family Dollar store on Lee Highway, they directed me to call Apple. After contacting Apple and verifying that the card was indeed faulty, they indicated that Family Dollar is accountable for the issue. The gift card with a value of $50 was bought at Family Dollar. The case number provided by Apple is [redacted]19. Could you kindly reimburse me the $50? Please let me know as neither Apple nor Family Dollar has taken responsibility for resolving this matter. My contact details are: Danny Barbosa at [redacted].

Hello, I'm Shane, and my wife Amy Parker is the store manager at [redacted] in Rome, GA. The manager at the Acworth, GA Baker Rd location is named Michael. I wanted to bring this to your attention because Michael is making advances towards my wife. If this behavior continues, I will have to address it myself. I kindly request that you intervene and prevent any further interaction between them. It would be best if they do not work together or have any contact. I appreciate your help in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you, Shane.

I used to work at Family Dollar and decided to leave, so I gave my two-week notice and left at the end of it. However, when I recently tried to apply to return, I found out I was blacklisted because I supposedly didn't complete the full two weeks. I submitted my notice over a weekend but can't recall the specific day, and then I left on a Sunday after what I believed to be two weeks. I'm interested in finding out if it's possible to have the blacklist removed so I can be reconsidered for rehire.
