I received an email from FTX US thanking me for creating an account. According to Malwarebytes representatives, I had to open this account to change my email address. I provided all the requested information, including a picture of my driver's license. In short, this turned out to be fraudulent as they attempted to transfer $49,[redacted] from my savings to checking and wanted me to wire the money to them. Luckily, I went to the bank, reversed the transfer, and filed a fraud report. When the representative called back, I informed them that I was aware of their scam. I want to cancel the FTX US account immediately.

I am facing a complex issue that I've been trying to resolve through multiple tickets without success. My spouse was arrested, and his lawyer provided me with an affidavit granting me power of attorney over his matters. I need to access his account to withdraw funds for legal assistance. Despite providing photos of my ID and the power of attorney, the system restricts me with a "not allowed with read-only permissions" message when I attempt to transfer the funds. This situation is sensitive, but I am at a loss on how to proceed. Any assistance would be highly valued. -E. Koehl

Dear Sir/Madam, I am currently experiencing issues with my authenticator app passwords on FTX. Both my current and previous phone's passwords are not working. I contacted FTX about this on August 7th via email but have not received a response even after 2 weeks. I am seeking alternative ways to verify my account without the authenticator password, as I have all other necessary information at hand. Samuel from telcoin confirmed there was no account. I've been attempting to file a claim for a week without success. I need assistance in addressing this investment fraud.
