I've attempted to call on various numbers, but I was only assisted when I already had a booking, which is the issue I'm facing. The computer and phone methods have failed me, and I'm feeling stuck. While I provided my email address, I feel frustrated as it doesn't seem to aid in booking the rooms. Please, I implore, someone assist me in making the booking process smoother.

I believe I made a hotel reservation through your website a few weeks ago. However, I can't locate any confirmation emails. When I check my account on your site, it states, "No itineraries associated with this email." I've attempted to contact various numbers to cancel my booking for March 17th and 18th, but they require my itinerary number and the last four digits of the card used, which I cannot find. The hotel advised me to wait for your call to authorize the cancellation, but after contacting them twice with no success, they provided me with a number to reach you. Unfortunately, I don't have a reservation number, and I've checked my junk and spam folders without success. It's urgent that I cancel this trip.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room lacked running water and a working TV, and it was extremely filthy. When I requested a refund, the staff member at the front desk was unhelpful and rude. I am left with two options: either provide me with a refund or give me a different, safe room for the night.

I had to make a double booking at the Red Roof Inn, and they are causing confusion about refunding my money. They mention that Expedia needs to contact them to request the refund for my initial booking from the 9th to the 12th. Alternatively, they could offer a complimentary stay for the next three days to make up for the double reservation made through Expedia using my debit card ending in [redacted]. The second booking was from the 9th to the 13th, and I would appreciate if they could adjust another reservation for the 14th to the 16th to rectify the situation where the Expedia app changed the first booking from my name to my guest's name. We had an extremely unpleasant stay in Baton Rouge this past weekend. The first hotel they sent us to was fully booked, leaving us without accommodation. Despite regularly booking through Expedia and appreciating the prices, the alternative hotel they arranged had an exorbitant rate and poor cleanliness. The air conditioning and TV issues were not resolved promptly. We had to switch hotels due to cleanliness, faulty air conditioning, and noisy plumbing. The housekeeping service came too early and late, disrupting our stay. The attitude of the front desk staff was unhelpful and impolite. I had to cancel my reservation at the Bedford Motel because I tested positive for Covid-19. After speaking with customer service, a representative assured me of a courtesy refund. However, despite their promises, I have yet to receive the refund. In one instance, a customer service representative even offered me a $25 credit instead of the full amount of $[redacted].56 that I paid. I find it unfair that I need to constantly follow up on the refund. I possess the receipt showing the payment made for the reservation. I made a reservation for a rental car in Salt Lake City from April 8 to April 14, [redacted] with Fox Rental. I have not received any confirmation from Expedia or Fox Rental.
