I recently set up an account to create an invitation for a party. I purchased the one-time premium upgrade, but I ran into an issue when trying to change the template to a premium one. Despite canceling the initial invite and creating a new one with a premium template, I was charged twice. The total charge was $61.94 ($41.30 for the first attempt and $20.64 for the second). I only used the second attempt and would like a refund for the $41.30 since I didn't use that invitation. I was not alerted that starting a new invite would require an additional payment. I kindly request a refund for the unused portion.

I urgently request the complete and immediate deletion of my Evite.com account associated with the email [redacted] I no longer use the account and have concerns about potential illegal activity involving my personal information linked to it. My cyber monitoring service, MyIDCare, identified Evite.com as the source of this breach. Please confirm the deletion of my account via email. Thank you.

I recently utilized Evite for an event and encountered some issues with being charged multiple times for the same number of guests. Despite finding the platform easy to navigate, I was puzzled by the three separate charges I received. The charges amounted to $14.99, $27.99, and an additional $14.99 for resending an invite to one person. We tried to modify a few email addresses without success and even deleted and resent invites, resulting in yet another $14.99 charge. Moreover, my cohost, Jim & Teresa H., still have not received their invite, highlighting ongoing email problems. Given these circumstances, I believe a reimbursement for the latest $14.99 charge would be appropriate. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I bought the $29.99 plan to send thank you cards to 40 guests after my wedding. I thought I could send personalized cards to each person. However, after sending the first card, I was prompted to pay again for the second one. Now I realize I can only send one card to all 40 people. I want to edit the card to make it suitable for everyone, but I can't. I feel misled as I paid $29.99 for just one card. I kindly request a refund so I can properly thank all my guests. Thank you.

Hello. I had difficulty unmuting myself during a virtual chat despite repeatedly pressing the microphone icon.
I am planning to host a party soon and would like to display 10 boxes (frames) simultaneously. Will the desktop version allow me to see all 10 at once, or will they rotate?
Do participants need to use a specific browser, or will any browser work? The microphone issue experienced during a test run was problematic.
One of my guests had a delay between their voice and lip movements. Any suggestions on how to address this? Thank you.

I have encountered an issue with the evite invitations I sent out. Some guests who replied "Yes" to the invitation are being displayed as "Not Replied" despite their response. They have attempted to rectify this by confirming "Yes" again, but the system still shows them as not responded. This problem persists for various invitees across multiple invitations for over a week. A particular guest even tried to correct their response four times in a row nine days ago, but their confirmation of "Yes" remains unrecorded. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. I have selected details for a premium invitation but have not finished inputting all the names and email addresses yet. I paid $29.00 to invite up to 40 people but am stuck when trying to add more names and proceed with sending it. I shared the invitation with the other hosts and added new information. I bought a ticket for the Natural Hair Festival in January [redacted], initially set for February 16, [redacted], then postponed to April [redacted], and finally rescheduled to November 29, [redacted]. Concerned about the changing dates due to Covid-19, I called the listed number on Tuesday, November 24, [redacted], to inquire about the event. The promoter seemed unsure about the event's status and mentioned possible dates in [redacted] or [redacted]. When I requested a refund for the $35 ticket, he refused, giving unrelated explanations. The event was recently moved to November 29, [redacted], which I'm not willing to attend. I am seeking a refund for the ticket purchase.

I am experiencing issues uploading my Excel sheet. The file with email addresses uploaded successfully, but I am having trouble with the file containing phone numbers. An error message states, "We've detected an error with your file and no guests could be imported. Please see our sample CSV to correctly format your file and re-upload." Here is an example of my data:

Planning a birthday celebration and initially opted for a free birthday evite card. A message prompted paying $14.99 to remove ads, which I agreed to. However, adding guests unexpectedly increased the cost to $79.00 for [redacted] people. I was unaware the $14.99 covered only the first 15 guests, and I am not inviting that many. Moreover, I noticed I am being charged multiple times for the same person due to varied communication methods. I attempted to contact you through your website's contact us link, but I wanted to reach out quickly as our party is approaching. I am co-hosting a teacher retirement party with a friend, both of us having taught for over 30 years, including this last challenging pandemic year.
I initially paid $14.99 for the package, and after making my friend a co-host, there was an additional $14.99 charge. She started inviting many people, and I was under the impression it was free based on past online events I hosted. However, upon reviewing the package pricing, I understand.
I am willing to pay the $59.99 for up to [redacted] guests, but I am confused about the two $14.99 charges I have already paid. My friend has her address list ready, but I've asked her to hold off until we sort this out. Could you please assist us?

I bought an invitation on Wednesday, June 23 and invited 15 guests. One guest's invite was undelivered. When trying to edit, I noticed another invite was stuck on "Sending" for two days. I followed the instructions to remove and re-add the guest with a new email, but now it's asking for $15 to add just one guest to my list. Can you please re-add the guest for free? Thank you!

Hello, I purchased an invitation on Wednesday, June ** and invited ** guests. One guest's invite showed as undelivered, prompting me to edit the recipient. After RSVPing to a wedding invitation, I attempted to give a gift through a platform called Gift Box, which offered two options. Opting for one of the donation options, I donated $[redacted] but was surprised to see an added tip, bringing the total to $[redacted].50. The system implied the hosts had chosen these gift options, which turned out to be false. Despite contacting the host who was unaware of this, the amount was immediately withdrawn from my bank account. I'm advised to seek a refund from Invite promptly and escalate to my bank otherwise. I'm disappointed and feel misled by Invite's tactics. I urgently require the $[redacted].50 refund and an explanation for this situation. My contact number is [redacted]. The intended recipients were Ahmed Chaudhry and Saleka Kabir, hosted by Iftikhar and Aisha Chaudhry. The donation was made by Dr. Jahan Eftekar for their wedding on 9/4/21. I am reaching out for the second time regarding my issue with not receiving a response to my previous email. I am in need of assistance in retrieving my premium invitation for the Jungle Animals event titled "THE BABIES" on Evite. The event was going well initially with responses and notes, but unfortunately disappeared. It is possible I accidentally deleted it along with some unnecessary drafts. I would like to know if creating a duplicate invitation would continue from where the previous one left off or if it would be a completely new invitation. I am frustrated with my experience trying to send an eGift Card on Evite. Every time I filled out the necessary details and tried to make the purchase, I received an error message. Following instructions in an email from Discover to approve the charges did not resolve the issue, as I still encountered an Unknown Error. I attempted using two different credit cards and made multiple tries, but the problem persisted. This process has been incredibly frustrating and inconvenient for me.

I spent over two hours customizing my evite yesterday, only to discover at checkout that the premium card I selected would cost about $36. This price is much higher than it used to be in the past.
It would have been helpful if your prices were listed on the website beforehand. Due to the unexpected cost, I decided not to proceed with the purchase of the invite.
I would appreciate any assistance you can offer to help lower the cost.

For tax purposes, I received an invitation via email from Evite to a remembrance event for Kenneth Irwin Scott. I made a $[redacted].50 donation to a railroad museum in Perris, CA on April 30, [redacted], using my Wells Fargo credit card. I'm looking to determine the portion of the donation that is tax-deductible since I did not receive a receipt. On my Wells Fargo billing statement, I can see the charge listed under EVITE with the details: "04/30 [redacted]G80007G2L3V Donated VIA EVITE WWW PLEDGELIN CA." After completing my invitation, I noticed that the details I entered were not published as expected on the front page. Instead, a pre-printed address appeared, causing embarrassment as the incorrect location was displayed. This is an urgent matter as I have already sent out the invitations. I am disappointed as I paid $32.99 for this service and the error is unacceptable. I need this issue rectified promptly.
