I am experiencing an issue where I am not receiving any evite invitations sent to my Gmail account. I have checked all folders, including spam and trash, but they are not showing up. Even when the sender resends the evite, I still do not receive it. I have reviewed my Gmail settings and confirmed that there are no filters preventing me from receiving evites. Can someone please assist me in resolving this issue so I can start receiving evites again? Your help is much appreciated.

I received an Evite invitation by mail from Lucinda (Cindy Reed) Sanders for a party on Friday, August 24 at 2:00pm in West Hyannisport, MA. Unfortunately, I can't read the bottom part of the invite for more details. It mentions a class reunion Clam Bake with a lobster picture on the front. The code asanders05 is at the bottom but doesn't explain how to RSVP. Could someone assist me in responding to this Evite? My name is Elizabeth Shea Clement. Thank you for your help. My email is [redacted]

Hello, I'm having some issues creating an Evite for an engagement party and feeling frustrated about a few things: 1) When I chose a different RSVP option than the typical "Yes, No, & Maybe," the specific text did not show up in the trial invitation I sent myself. It only displayed "Yes, No, & Maybe." 2) Is there a way to import contacts from my AOL account to avoid typing each email address manually? 3) I'm unsure how to input our guest list using options like texting, Facebook, Twitter, or Copy Link. I can't figure out where to input the email addresses. Thank you for your assistance. Gratefully, Sharna R.

I set up an account for a nonprofit I work with, designed the Evite, and added email addresses. Now, I'm unable to access my account to send out the invites on time. The system claims there is no email account, yet when I attempt to create a new account using the same email, it states the email is already registered. The Evite links are active, but I'm unable to log in. After being logged out, I tried to verify the email linked to the account, but it's no longer functioning.

A stalker/harasser has sent out two Evites to multiple people advertising a party at an address using my name and phone number. The address listed belongs to my girlfriend's ex-husband, and this false information is meant to cause harm. I have filed a police report and have an open FBI case regarding this issue. I am seeking assistance in having these Evites removed and the attendees notified of the false nature of the event. Links to the Evites are provided below: 1. [redacted] 2. [redacted]

Yesterday, I sent out a Holiday Golfers' Party evite to everyone, but now I'm facing login issues. It seems that the account is linked to an old email address, [redacted], and I can't remember the password. I currently use [redacted] I've tried logging in with the passwords "solutions" and "annie," but none of them worked. I need to access my account to add more guests and manage the responses. Can someone assist me in resetting the password and updating the email address associated with my account? Thank you.

Hello, I'm feeling confused as I purchased the $49.99 package to send "Save the Date" cards, but now when trying to send the actual invitations, it's prompting me to make an additional purchase. I don't understand why this is necessary when I still have over [redacted] credits remaining. I believed the credits were for the entire account and not divided by event. This site is extremely perplexing. I have spent hours importing contacts, and now that everything is set and ready to send the invitations, I am being asked to buy more credits. I am very frustrated. Please assist me. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate a customer service number to speak with a representative. It's frustrating not to have that option. Please help! I want to send these invitations smoothly, but it has been a very challenging experience. Contact me at your earliest convenience, [redacted]. Thank you. V. Kelly.

For the past two years, I've been using Evite to send invitations for my daughter's upcoming 6th birthday party. However, I noticed that when others view the invite, there's a section prompting them to shop for the event with a link to Amazon. The recommended gifts are completely unsuitable, featuring profanity and not suitable for a 6-year-old party. I kindly request that this link be removed from my invitation due to its misleading and inappropriate content.

I am looking for a discount code to purchase a second premium package to send over 70 additional invites. I have two groups of guests – in-town friends and out-of-town guests. My premium package only included 22 invites for my out-of-town guests, who receive details about the weekend event. The support team informed me I need to create a separate Evite for the 70+ in-town guests for the main event details and driving information. Given that I already paid $49 for one premium package, could you provide me with a code to activate a second package without an extra cost? Time is of the essence as I need to send these invites by 3/12 and have not received any response from the support team. Please assist me promptly! Thank you, Nikki Dorfman.

I have contacted Evite multiple times regarding an issue with my package purchase. Initially, I bought a package of 50 evites for $24.99 on 5/24/19, but was only able to send 29. When I tried to send more, the website prompted me to buy another package. Despite emailing Evite on 5/25/19, I did not receive a response. Consequently, on 5/27/19, I purchased another package for $24.99 as I still had invitations to send. Despite multiple follow-up emails, I have not heard back regarding the unresolved issue of my remaining 21 evites. This lack of communication is unprofessional and disappointing. I am now seeking an explanation for the issue and a refund for the unused evites. I urge Evite to address this promptly to avoid further escalation.

I recently tried to access our EWGA/LPGA Amateur Golf Association Evite account and had to reset the password due to security reasons. Although I successfully logged in, I am now listed as a member instead of an admin, and all [redacted] contacts are missing. Moreover, I can no longer export contacts to Excel. This issue seems related to the initial setup using an invalid email address as the username. I urgently need assistance to restore admin permissions and retrieve our contacts as I must send out invitations by Tuesday. Please contact me at [redacted] Thank you. - Dallas Triniti, Marketing Director for LPGA Amateurs Golf Association (formerly EWGA Asheville)

I purchased a premium wedding invitation, and unfortunately, there is a spelling mistake in the word "marriage." Despite sending four emails since last week, I have not received any response. I am unable to correct the error myself. I paid $50 for this service, and it is frustrating that the mistake still exists. Please rectify the spelling error on the invitation immediately, or provide a full refund. This has caused a delay in sending out invites for my wedding, which is only three months away. If this matter is not addressed promptly, my next step will be to request a refund by disputing the charge on my credit card.

This is my first time using Evite. I'm Jessica Granese. Can you please check our invite and the contacts I tried adding? I entered 29 contacts, some manually and some from my phone contacts. However, some individuals, particularly those whose email addresses I entered manually, did not receive the invite. How can we resolve this issue? We also plan to add another 30 email addresses in about a week. Thank you. Jessica

I recently took over as the administrator for [redacted] on evite two years ago. Each month, I update the password due to the rotating hosts for our happy hour group meetings. However, this month I made an error in changing the password and now I can't access the account. I don't have the password. I need assistance in resetting the password for my Hotmail account, which is [redacted] Last month's password was 15JulPLH, and I was trying to update it to 19AugKAG. Additionally, for several months, I have been encountering an error message when attempting to add the entire guest list at once, indicating an "invalid number" issue. I suspect this may be due to a switch in phone numbers from the previous administrator, Phil Tycz.

I recently bought 40 invitations from your website, expecting them to be custom printed and sent to me. Unfortunately, I discovered after my purchase that they are virtual invitations. I spent $25 on something that I cannot use. I am disappointed that your website did not make it clear that these were virtual invites. Please issue a full refund as I need the money for a different service. Thank you.

Last year on October 18th, I purchased a Pro account for an event I hosted where I invited over 2,[redacted] people. The Pro account is supposed to be valid for one year, but when I tried to access it for my upcoming event's evites, I couldn't find any record of the purchase in my account history. I'm quite confused by this and would appreciate speaking with someone to resolve this issue. Thank you. If you could reach out to my assistant at [redacted] to discuss this matter, I would greatly appreciate it.

I need to update my information on an Evite invitation. I wish to only display my name as Robert or Robert O instead of my full name Robert Ofsevit. Unfortunately, I am unable to find the setting to make this adjustment. When clicking on my name, it shows as RO or Robert O. Can you help me ensure my full name is not visible on public lists for the "Wickie Work Day 12-14-19" East Brother Wickies event? Thank you for your assistance. Please keep my email private and only use it to address my query.

I've repeatedly deleted my contacts list and uploaded a new one. The page initially shows 60 guests, but when I send out invites, it ends up sending them to over [redacted] people, including those I had previously removed. This occurs every month, causing frustration for those who want to be excluded. How can I prevent these old contacts from being included in the list?

Hello, my name is Anne Lockmiller. I recently sent out an invitation named "remembering richard lockmiller" from my account. Regrettably, the invitation was sent to all guests before I could purchase the "omit ad" option for $59.99. Due to this, I am seeking a refund for the purchase as it is now unusable. The credit card used for the transaction ends in -[redacted]. Please confirm the refund for me. Thank you, Anne Lockmiller.

I responded to the Evite for the Chick-fil-A Restaurant Dedication Ceremony hosted by Zach Zimmerman on January 28th at 6:30 PM. Upon accepting, I was given the option to give a gift to the host or charity. Unfamiliar with the process, I donated $30 to a military charity, thinking it was connected to the event. Subsequently, I was prompted to add 15% for gifting costs. To my surprise, the host's mother confirmed that no gifts were expected. Given this confusion, I would like to retract my $34.50 contribution. I appreciate your help as canceling the donation aligns with your commitment to integrity. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Jim
