Etnies.com Customer Service Issues

I purchased shoes online, and unfortunately, they sent me the wrong size. After following their return process, I waited for confirmation of the return receipt but received no response on how to proceed with the exchange. Multiple attempts via email and voicemail to their customer service were disregarded completely. A quick look at their Facebook reviews confirms my suspicion that this is a common issue with Etnies. Their behavior suggests they may be experiencing financial troubles, leading me to believe they are preparing for a potential bankruptcy filing.
