Estee Lauder Customer Service Issues

I have noticed a change in my beloved cinnabar fragrance. Having worn it for 41 years, I can confidently say that it no longer smells the same. Despite being told only the bottle was altered, I have observed a difference in both color and scent. The spicy notes that made it unique are no longer present, causing much disappointment. This perfume has been my go-to due to its lack of triggering allergies, which others have also praised. The current formula does not have the same depth and spiciness as before, leaving me dissatisfied. I urge you to revert it back to its original composition as something crucial seems to be missing in its current version.

I made a purchase last week but did not receive an email confirmation. After calling today, I was provided with a tracker number from Estee Lauder, but Lazer ship cannot track the package with it. Despite being assured by Estee Lauder that the package would arrive today, it has not shown up and there is no trace of it in the system. I would like to cancel order [redacted] and receive a refund for my purchase.

While using my 2.5-ounce jar of Resilience Multi-Effect Night Cream tonight, I noticed a significant air bubble inside the cream. This means that a considerable amount of cream was missing from the jar. I am disappointed by this, especially considering the high price I paid for the product. Each air bubble represents a loss of valuable product and money. I kindly request that you address this issue promptly. I believe that receiving a trial-size jar of the cream, similar to the bonus items offered with orders, would be a suitable resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
