Equinox Customer Service Issues

I had a tough experience at the gym and just canceled my subscription. The manager, Christina, acted unprofessionally and rudely. Upon arriving and finding my locker empty and closed without any prior notification, I was shocked. When inquiring at the front desk about my belongings, they mentioned a notice had been in my locker for a week. However, since I had been away from Miami for two weeks due to frequent travel, not receiving any emails regarding this issue felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful invading my personal space. Given that I pay $[redacted] for gym access 3-5 times a month due to my travels, the experience was very disappointing. Instead of offering an apology for my frustration, Christina publicly transferred my items into an Equinox bag, which was uncomfortable and inconvenient as I had to go home to drop everything off and alter my plans. She handed me my damaged lock without any apologies, which I found to be very rude. I used to recommend Equinox to my friends, but now I will share my negative experience, as I believe individuals like Christina should not manage valuable customers. All over a locker, unbelievable! Sent a complaint to the local office but never received a response. Disappointing!

Once again, the elevator at the E. 85th Street Club is "Out of Order." I have complained about this ongoing issue several times. The elevator is repaired but breaks down again within three weeks. As the first person at the Club at 5:30 AM, this situation is intolerable. Having to climb stairs in heavy clothing during cold weather is not ideal. Constantly addressing this problem is exhausting.
