I recently sold my condo in Burlington on June 30, [redacted]. The deal went through smoothly. However, it seems that the new owners have not yet transferred the services to their names, and I am still receiving bills as the most recent owner on file. I am reaching out to check if there is any outstanding balance with Enbridge Gas. I recently had a new gas meter installed by Lakeside, a company contracted by Enbridge Gas. The installation went smoothly, but I encountered issues with communication and understanding the new meter. Despite being told it would no longer need manual readings, I realized I couldn't read it and my bill soared. After contacting Enbridge, they sent a technician who explained that the new meter requires a button to display readings. However, there were no instructions provided on how to use it. I suggested to Enbridge to create clear guidelines for customers on meter readings. This would prevent unnecessary service calls and save money. I hope Enbridge will take this feedback into consideration. - Paul Vincer
