I was contacted by someone claiming to be a Captain/Pilot working for Emirite cargo in the middle east, using the name Mark Jym Williams. He said he bought his contract back early for $30K to move to California but asked for more money for his pilot license renewal. He was supposed to arrive in California on December 18th or 19th, but claimed to be stuck in a Detroit hotel for 90 days due to COVID. He mentioned having a daughter named Olivia in Ireland and a co-pilot named Adrian. He allegedly took out a $25K loan to transfer back to California and needed $5K more to buy out the remaining contract. I'm worried that he might be deceiving other widows like myself.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I purchased a ticket to travel to China approximately 36 months ago. Due to COVID, China has ceased issuing visas to foreigners. My ticket's 36-month extension is about to expire, and I am unable to obtain a new ticket to the same destination as China is not granting visas. Emirates' website does not allow changing destinations since the region is the same as the destination, which complicates matters.
As China is no longer an option, I am seeking alternatives as the 36-month extension is ending soon. I am open to delaying my trip further or selecting a different region or destination instead of requesting a refund. I would appreciate information on the available options.
Thank you,
Alberto

Good morning,
I would like to propose a business opportunity to Emirates Group regarding their operations in Nigeria. There is a strong business relationship between Emirates and Nigeria, and I believe there is a significant number of Nigerians who fly Emirates Airlines frequently, presenting a lucrative opportunity.
I suggest that Emirates consider establishing a financial institution (bank) in Nigeria to offer various financial services to both Nigerians and non-Nigerians who are Emirates passengers. This move could lead to business expansion beyond airline services and would be the first of its kind in Africa if pursued.
As a banker in Nigeria, I see great potential in this idea and would be happy to provide further financial advice if contacted.

I booked return flights through World Airfares for my family of three from Cebu to Gatwick to fly with Emirates. Our reference number is KB14Z6 for the flight on June 16, [redacted]. Despite having all necessary documents like tickets, visas, Covid-19 vaccination certificates, etc., they were not allowed to board the EK [redacted] flight at Mactan airport in Cebu. I am uncertain about the reasons behind this denial, especially since my family has no criminal records and are responsible citizens. I was informed by the agent that apart from airport tax, no additional payments were required. I usually choose Emirates for my travels and I trust their services. My Emirates Skywards number is EK[redacted]15. The situation is stressful as my family was distressed at the airport. I hope Emirates will resolve this issue promptly and rebook them on the next available flight. - J ANTHONY

I flew from Paris to Mauritius through Nairobi, but unfortunately, my two luggage pieces did not arrive with me. While at Nairobi, I was advised to reach out to Emirates as I had to quickly book a flight to Mauritius. Emirates should be able to assist me with my missing luggage. Despite trying to report my lost luggage on the Emirates website, I couldn't find a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) on my e-ticket. I was traveling for my son's 10th birthday celebration and it was disappointing to not have our belongings.
I kindly request Emirates to send my luggage to my address in Mauritius at 16 Merrytown Helvetia Moka. The missing luggage has an Air France tag with my name and contact information. I hope Emirates can help me reunite with my belongings soon. Please feel free to reach out to me if needed via email at [redacted] or phone at [redacted]82 / [redacted][redacted] / +[redacted]82. Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to share the unfortunate experience my family and I encountered while traveling with Emirates recently. Our journey from Islamabad to New York via Dubai was disrupted due to vaccination requirements that were not clearly communicated by the airline staff, causing us financial loss and emotional distress. Despite showing proof of vaccination upon check-in at Islamabad, we were offloaded in Dubai, leading to significant inconvenience and additional expenses. As an experienced surgeon and seasoned traveler, I believe Emirates should take responsibility for the lack of information provided to passengers, especially regarding vaccine requirements for travel to the U.S. I kindly request a full refund for our return tickets and hope this matter can be resolved promptly.
Sincerely,
Farhan Ansari

Dear Sir,
I am reaching out regarding our upcoming travel on the 15th of August, [redacted] with Emirates airline. We would like to inquire about the regulations concerning prescription medications and two doses of Depot-depixcol injection.
Mr. Butt, an elderly and disabled individual with a prosthetic leg, will be traveling with his own foldable wheelchair and ultra-lightweight folding rollator. Dear Sir,
I am Sureshan Veetil. I was on the 7/8/[redacted] (Sunday) flight EK-[redacted] departing at 15:35 from Malta, via Larnaca to Dubai, arriving on 8/8/[redacted] at 1:05. My connecting flight was EK-[redacted] operated by Flydubai - FZ429 on 9/8/[redacted] departing at 1:35 from Terminal 2, arriving at 7:05 to Kozhikode International Airport.
My issue is that my checked-in luggage was completely damaged, including the box. This is a result of carelessness during my journey with Emirates, causing a loss of around Rs. 50,[redacted]. When I raised this concern with Kozhikode airport authorities, they advised me to contact Emirates and Flydubai. If I do not receive a response, legal action was suggested.
I am seeking a swift resolution from Emirates to address my loss. I have attached photos of the damaged box and relevant documents for your reference. I trust that the Emirates team will assist in resolving this matter promptly.

Dear Community Members,
We trust you are all doing well.
I am writing to address an issue concerning Ntembula Francis Kalela, a student who was awarded a scholarship to study at Baku State University. Despite having all the required travel documentation in order, he encountered a problem at the airport as he did not have an "Ok to board pass." This pass is not listed as a requirement for Zambian citizens travelling to Azerbaijan, and it is also not needed for Azerbaijan citizens. The airline, FlyDubai, specifically mentions that the OKTB document is necessary for passengers from Pakistan, India, and Iraq. The question remains: why was Ntembula Francis Kalela not allowed to board the flight even though he possessed a special permit to enter Azerbaijan?
Below are the ticket details for reference:
Ntembula Francis Kalela
Emirates Reservation Number: KS2DMW
Emirates Ticket Number: [redacted][redacted]
Fly Dubai Reservation Number: SMCNA3
We kindly seek clarification on this matter as Ntembula Francis Kalela had obtained special permission to enter Azerbaijan, which raises concerns about why he was denied travel despite having the necessary permit.

I flew with Emirates Airline on the 2nd of August from London Heathrow to Singapore with a layover in Dubai. I purchased seats with extra legroom for the flight on the 7th of August and had written confirmation with the seat details. However, on the return flight from Dubai to London Heathrow on the 28th of August, my seat was changed to one without extra legroom in the economy cabin despite my purchase. I raised the issue with Emirates staff in Singapore and Dubai, showing them my receipt with the seat numbers. Emirates informed me that they could change my seat without refund due to assessing passengers' suitability for extra legroom. I mentioned my knee replacements, arguing that I traveled in an emergency exit seat on the outbound flight without issue. Despite my complaints and follow-ups, Emirates has not responded.

I am a first-time Emirates customer who is disappointed with my recent flight experience. On October 8th, [redacted], my scheduled flight from London Gatwick airport was delayed multiple times due to aircraft maintenance and other reasons provided by Emirates. Despite the long wait, my connecting flight to MNL from DXB was rescheduled to the next day at 3 am, causing me to miss work and file absences for two days.
I believe Emirates should take full responsibility for the inconvenience and expenses I incurred due to their lack of planning, communication, and handling of the situation. I look forward to a resolution regarding this matter.
Thank you,
M.

I am Mr. Malcolm Bewick. I noticed a discrepancy in my wife's name on our flight tickets and other references. Her name, CHANG SHU CHING, is incorrectly displayed as CHANG SHUCHING without a space between SHU and CHING, her given name.
When I submitted the information, I entered it correctly as SHU CHING. Could there be an issue with the system not recognizing double-barrel given names like hers?

On November 5th, my wife flew on Emirates flight EK0073 from Dubai (DXB) to Paris (CDG). She was one of only a few passengers in the first-class cabin and noticed her Hermes cashmere scarf, valued at $[redacted] Euros and with sentimental importance, missing after a flight attendant removed her bedding while she briefly left her seat. Despite reporting the issue before leaving the aircraft and following up with customer service, the airline has informed us that the scarf was not found and suggested turning to our travel insurer for further assistance.
While we understand the responsibility for personal items lies with passengers, it is disheartening that such a valuable and personal item disappeared in a nearly empty cabin with few passengers. This experience has left us questioning the security of belongings on Emirates flights and considering if we should choose a different airline in the future. Thank you for any advice or assistance you can provide.
Sincerely,
Hank

I am Ian M. and unfortunately, my luggage did not make it on flight EK 7 from Dubai to LHR. The baggage tag is ET293420 and the Property Irregularity Report (PIR) number is LHRA764384. My journey included flights ET [redacted] from Juba to Addis, EK [redacted] from Addis to Dubai, and finally EK 7 from Dubai to LHR. I have already tried reaching out to Customer Services but was on hold for over an hour before getting disconnected. I recently encountered a very disappointing customer service experience with an Emirates manager at Changi Airport, which led to missing my flight to Bolivia. Ms. J. A., a flight paramedic traveling to Bolivia to provide care, faced challenges during check-in when the staff insisted on a pre-existing visa for Bolivia. Despite explaining the visa on arrival policy for Singapore passport holders, they initially denied boarding. As time ran short before departure, the manager abruptly enforced Emirates' rules, not allowing the passenger to board. Even when attempting to explain the situation, the manager's unhelpful attitude persisted, providing no alternative solutions. Contacting the call center also proved unfruitful, leaving me feeling unsupported and frustrated. The lack of empathy and assistance displayed by Emirates staff was disheartening, contrasting with prior positive experiences. I urge Emirates to address this issue promptly. I have since chosen an alternative carrier for the journey to La Paz and request a full refund to resolve this situation.

On February 14, [redacted], I traveled to Logan Airport in Boston with my family on Emirates tickets bound for India. Despite careful planning, I encountered an issue at the check-in counter. While my family members were cleared for boarding, the counter agent claimed I needed to present an expired Indian passport from 2[redacted], a requirement I had never faced on previous trips to India. The agent's refusal to allow me on the plane or provide assistance was distressing, especially given my valid US citizenship. Additionally, a computer glitch compounded the situation due to my name change after marriage in [redacted].
The lack of empathy and proper training from the customer service representative led to us missing our flight, incurring extra costs, and being unable to attend a family wedding on time. Although our rebooked flight the following day proceeded smoothly without passport issues, the initial experience was extremely frustrating.
I seek reimbursement for the extra Uber expenses, potential ticket rebates, improved training for Logan Airport customer service staff, and accountability for the mishandling of my travel plans. Despite reaching out to Massport and Emirates, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. I hope for timely resolutions and increased oversight to prevent similar incidents in the future. Thank you.

Regarding PNR KMVJ2N and Ticket #[redacted][redacted] for Rita Sharma. Recently, I encountered issues boarding my flight due to a misunderstanding about my documents. Despite explaining that everything was in order, I was denied boarding by a staff member and their supervisor. Emirates directed me to apply for an Evisa to India, even though I have a valid OCI card. I swiftly obtained the Evisa and had to purchase a last-minute ticket with United Airlines to reach India. Thankfully, upon arrival, Indian immigration confirmed my documents were correct. This ordeal caused significant stress and financial loss, including the purchase of additional tickets. I am requesting a refund totaling $29,[redacted] for the expenses incurred. Failure to address this matter may result in legal action. Rita Sharma, [redacted] Encinal Place, Pittsburg, CA [redacted].
