I have always flown Emirates and prefer it over any other airline. After the pandemic, I had to fly Qatar Airlines, but as soon as Emirates started operating again, I immediately switched back. Four days ago, I was looking into Dubai Connect. I typically book my flights with Emirates, but for Erbil, I had to book with FlyDubai. When I contacted Emirates live chat, I was informed that I do not qualify. In July, I flew the same route, on the same flights with layovers greater than 12 hours. On that trip, I received assistance with a Visa and a stay at the Copthorn hotel. However, this time I was told I do not qualify because FlyDubai operates from terminal 2.

I would like to share that I had booked a flight from Delhi International Airport on March 10, [redacted], departing at 4:15 am from Terminal 3 with Flight No. EK513 to Dubai at 6:20 am the same day. From Dubai, I had a connecting flight to Birmingham at 7:50 am on October 3, [redacted], arriving at 12:30 pm. Unfortunately, my flight from Dubai to Birmingham was canceled, and around 15-18 passengers were facing difficulties at Delhi airport. I urgently needed to reach the UK on time, so I had to book another flight. Despite reaching out to Emirates staff, no assistance was provided. Since my ticket is refundable, I am requesting a refund promptly. I trust that the terms and conditions are clear, and I kindly ask for your attention to process the refund at the earliest. I expressed my concerns to Emirates regarding my flight change. Initially, I adjusted my reservation from January 16th-22nd to January 17th-23rd due to confusion about the time difference. The customer service I received was outstanding, and I willingly paid the $80 fare difference. However, I later realized that my original flight dates were correct and needed to depart on the 16th to arrive on the 17th.
I believed this honest mistake, well ahead of the flight, would not be problematic. Unfortunately, Emirates insisted on a $[redacted] cancellation fee plus a $23 fare difference, which I found unreasonable. Having already paid for one change, it seemed excessive to charge more for a shorter flight adjustment.
Despite explaining my situation, I was put on hold several times and denied a conversation with a supervisor, which was frustrating. The airline's insistence on extra fees for a minor correction disappointed me. While I acknowledge fees for last-minute changes, in my situation, it felt unnecessary. This experience did not meet my expectations for customer service from Emirates.

I am looking to rebook a flight from KIX Airport to Strasbourg or Paris, France. I had purchased two tickets, but one of them is missing according to Emirates Booking team. The tickets were both confirmed via Facebook. Emirates mentioned a policy issue, although I did not receive any policy when buying the tickets. The missing ticket is causing an issue as we had a previous problem with traveling due to errors on a Japan passport. I am now trying to travel to France or England, and Emirates is requesting the email used on Facebook.
