Yesterday at 10 a.m., my daughter utilized the "refer a friend" feature on your website to register for Ebates. As the referrer, I am entitled to $25.00, while she should receive $10.00. While visiting me, she registered on Ebates using my computer, providing her email, [redacted], and personal details. Subsequently, she made a purchase at Ulta Beauty with Ebates, order #K[redacted]42. Last night, I placed an order at Mary Maxim, order #[redacted]0, using Ebates. Additionally, I made a significant purchase at Target, but the Ebates did not apply. Today, I noticed that my Ebates account displays my daughter's name and email. I am reaching out regarding my $75 cash back that I am eligible for after making a qualifying purchase. I recently bought new service through Xfinity Mobile, which should have entitled me to the $75 cash back. Despite being informed that I do not meet the criteria because it does not apply to phones, both Ebates and Xfinity's terms state that activating a new line qualifies for the promotion. I have provided all the necessary receipts but have not received any communication in return. I am starting to suspect that this might be a deceptive tactic by Ebates to attract clicks. I am frustrated by the lack of email or phone responses. Please advise me on who to contact to resolve this matter, or I will have to take this issue further through official channels. I have been using Ebates for years, but since I changed jobs, I can no longer access my old email address [redacted] Ebates is now asking me to verify my identity as Mary Lockhart, but there seems to be no way to update my email address. It's frustrating that this process is so difficult. I would like to update my account with my new email [redacted] and new address. My phone number is [redacted]. I have been using Ebates for several years without any issues, except with Zulily recently. When I click from Ebates to Zulily, I receive a shopping trip number but don't get the alert that my Ebates is active, unlike with other stores. This occurs across Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. Despite making multiple purchases on Zulily, the same problem persists each time. I'm unsure how to send past orders as requested, but I hope to resolve this matter for the future. I'm currently facing an accessibility problem on your website due to my blindness. I rely on my computer with the JAWS screen reader to navigate. The issue is with selecting Amazon gift cards for my cash back instead of receiving a check by mail. Although JAWS reads the gift cards as links, it doesn't announce the names of the gift card options. This prevents me from choosing Amazon.
