I am interested in applying for a delivery position with your company after being laid off from a local cab service I worked at for nearly 14 years. I have previous experience from cab companies in Madison and have been a resident of the city for most of my life. My driving record is clean with no moving violations in over 50 years.
I would like to inquire if face masks are provided or sold to employees. I have noticed people wearing masks around Madison, but I am unsure of where to purchase them locally. I attempted to order some online, but the delivery would not arrive until June. A colleague who currently works for your company is also interested in this information.

I placed an order with Caribbean Kitchen on Wolcott St in Waterbury, CT [redacted] on August 6, [redacted], through the Eat Street app. There was an issue with my order, and although they initially informed me via email that I would be refunded within 2-7 business days, I haven't received any further updates. I contacted Eat Street on August 9, [redacted], for clarification since I'm new to the app. They provided me with order number [redacted]6 and explained it would take 2-5 business days, excluding weekends. I expected the refund by counting 2-5 business days from August 9th, not the initial date of August 6th. When I didn't receive the refund by August 13th, I emailed Eat Street again. If this issue isn't resolved promptly, I may need to seek legal advice. I appreciate a prompt response. Thank you.

We are from Chutneys restaurant located in Morrisville, NC. There seems to be an issue with the online ordering system for our restaurant at this particular location. The previous restaurant, Saffron, has closed down and we have now opened Chutneys in the same location. However, the online orders are still being directed to the old Saffron restaurant on Google. I recently ordered lunch from Eatstreet for delivery to my office building. Despite unchecking the “leave at door” box, my food was left at the back entryway on the floor instead of following the specific instructions to go through the back door, the second door on the right. This resulted in my food getting cold. When I contacted Eatstreet via live chat, the customer service representative apologized and mentioned the driver reported leaving the food at the back door, not following the instructions. After expressing my disappointment, the representative offered to refund the tip. When I requested to speak to a manager, I was informed none were available but would be contacted via email within the next 24-48 hours. I feel that my concerns about the poor service are not being taken seriously.

I am the manager at Park Ridge Family Restaurant in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. I'm currently dealing with an upset customer named Laurel who ordered a Chicken Salad Sandwich and Jumbo Wings through Eatstreet. We had a supply issue with the Jumbo Wings and informed Eatstreet about it when the order was placed. Despite this, the customer was still charged $31.xx instead of the correct amount of $8.48 that we charged Eatstreet. Laurel is understandably upset about the overcharge and I would appreciate it if Eatstreet could resolve this issue promptly. I don't want to issue a refund for money we didn't receive, but I believe the customer should not have to pay for food that was not delivered. Eatstreet needs to refund Laurel for the amount they charged her for the undelivered food. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
