I recently took the Praxis [redacted] exam on 7/7/21. After the test, a monitor assisted with logging off my computer. Upon checking my ETS.org account for my scores, I was shocked to see they had been canceled. When contacting the test center, they claimed I had canceled the scores, which I did not do. My NC license renewal hinges on passing this exam, making this situation critical. I suspect the monitor may have mistakenly canceled my scores but lack evidence to support this. Now, I am facing a 28-day wait and an additional $[redacted] to retake the test. I feel this is unjust and am eager to resolve the issue promptly. The lack of cooperation from the test center staff, who refuse to disclose the monitor's name, adds to my frustration. I urgently seek a resolution before August 5th and require assistance to address this matter.

I registered and paid for the GRE General Test on July 14th at 2:10 pm. After payment, I received an email from ETS with a link to access the test. However, upon clicking the ProctorU link, my test was not scheduled, and there was no countdown timer. I have already contacted ETS and ProctorU about this issue. I would appreciate a solution or assistance as I need to take the GRE this week, and I'm worried about facing the same problem again. Kindly address my concerns and assist me in either refunding my payment or rescheduling the test. Thank you.

Hi team,
I have encountered an issue with my GRE test registration. My test was scheduled for August 14, [redacted], at 05:10 PM (IT) at a test center but was supposed to be taken at home. Despite completing all verification procedures, the proctor was unable to start my exam as it showed as completed or terminated. The proctor tried to troubleshoot without success. I was advised to contact ETS customer care and reschedule the exam. I am attaching the screenshot as requested by the proctor during my call with customer care. I would appreciate a refund or a coupon for booking a new appointment at the earliest opportunity.

I signed up for the at-home GRE General Test but encountered an issue during the test session. I promptly reached out to ETS via email and phone, but I have not received a response for over two weeks now.
The problem arose when my test session ended prematurely before I could begin the test. Despite having confirmed my registration, made payment, and ensuring my system met the requirements, the session terminated right before the test was set to begin. I had the proctor's approval and was ready to start when a security notification ended the test session. Following the proctor's advice, I contacted ETS immediately after the termination but have not received any communication since.
I have tried reaching ETS through various channels including phone numbers, email, and the virtual assistant without success. I am looking for guidance on rescheduling the test promptly as I have already paid in full and did not receive the service. I hope to avoid missing the university application deadlines and would appreciate any help in finding a quick solution.

It has been over a month since I received the email about my official scores from the Office of Testing Integrity. I was told by an OTI representative that my scores would be ready in two days, but I still have not received them. I have reported this problem to the Public Relations Manager, Maggie Fischer, and also to Rob, the manager. I find this delay unacceptable, and I would like an explanation for the holdup of my scores.

We recently upgraded our testing lab to Windows 11 and are currently facing issues with reinstalling the workstations, administrations, and cache proxy. Despite reviewing the "Technical Configuration Requirements and Guidelines," we haven't been able to identify the cause of the problem. We are encountering errors such as "status [redacted] No Program Administrations found for site code" for the workstations and "The iBT server was not able to retrieve the list of program administrations for site code" for the administrations. Any assistance in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.

I'm experiencing some scheduling problems. When I tried to book my initial PRAXIS test online without logging in, December test dates were visible. However, once I logged into my ETS account, those December dates disappeared. I'm curious if it's possible for me to schedule the audiology PRAXIS test in December at a specific location since the website initially displayed available dates prior to my ETS login.
