My personal information was compromised, resulting in unauthorized transactions on my account in various countries. After contacting customer service, I was assured that my card was canceled, and a new one was on its way. Despite this, when checking my account online, the negative balance continues to increase. I'm uncertain about when and if my funds will be reimbursed to my card. I am unsure if there are any additional steps I should be taking apart from waiting for the new card and monitoring my account. Approximately $[redacted] was fraudulently charged so far. I am also requesting more detailed information about the transactions and would like them sent to my email. The customer service representative I spoke to was not very helpful or clear about the situation, leaving me confused about the increasing negative balance despite the card cancellation.

I have been patiently waiting for an important card since November 27, [redacted]. Despite numerous conversations with various representatives, I have been unable to obtain an updated address. I was informed on December 19 that my issue was being addressed, but as of today, December 31, it remains unresolved. With over $[redacted] in my account, the inability to access it is concerning. Regrettably, I have only encountered delays and frustration in my attempts to resolve this matter. I would greatly appreciate any assistance available to expedite this process.

Hello, I'm Zachary M. I have yet to receive my Eppicard for my Indiana unemployment benefits after several weeks. The only contact number I could find requires a card number, which I don't have yet. I need to speak to a live person from Eppicard to get an update on the status of my card delivery as instructed by Indiana Unemployment. It seems like not being able to reach a live person is a common problem based on others' experiences.

I recently had my card stolen and received a new one. However, after activating it, the balance displayed was incorrect. Upon checking the EPPICard website, I noticed unauthorized transactions. I am unsure how to proceed in recovering the funds for these transactions as I have been unsuccessful in reaching a live representative. The deposits are for child support and occur monthly. I am in need of assistance with this matter.

I am experiencing difficulty logging into my account due to a password reset problem. The website is not allowing me to make essential updates or changes, and it frequently locks me out of the system. Additionally, whenever I contact customer service, fees are deducted from my account. I have discovered that someone in another state shares my date of birth, leading to an ongoing issue that I have been trying to resolve for a year. I also require the billing address and ZIP code to enable me to use my card for online purchases, especially due to health concerns. Could someone please contact me at [redacted] or send an email to [redacted]?

I have been trying unsuccessfully to activate my replacement IN Visa Debit Card for my child support account. When I call the ([redacted]) number, I keep getting transferred to the Fraud Prevention Department. Twice, I was instructed to fax 2 forms of identification, using different fax numbers each time. Despite faxing the documents twice, I've only managed to speak to a representative on 2 out of my 8 calls. The remaining 6 calls involved waiting on hold for an average of 20 minutes each time. During my latest attempt in the evening, I waited on hold for an hour and 20 minutes (from 7:55 pm to 9:20 pm) before disconnecting the call. I would appreciate any suggestions for alternative options to address this issue.

I am still waiting for my card from IU benefits. I called the listed number and I was quickly connected. I mistakenly used my social security number instead of a card number, but I was able to provide my personal information and was transferred promptly. Surprisingly, it seems they did not send me a new card because of past unemployment payments in [redacted], assuming I still had the old one. They are now sending me a new card via UPS for expedited delivery at a cost of $15 deducted from the card, which should arrive in two days. It's frustrating to think I could have had access to my money sooner if they had sent the card earlier.

I'm having trouble remembering or finding the email associated with my account for logging in. Four years ago, I received child support, but then the payments stopped. Now, after being approved for child support again, I can't access my account because I don't know the email linked to it, which I don't recall setting up since I never received the support before. I would really appreciate any assistance in solving this issue. Thank you for your help.

I have fallen victim to fraud through my EppiCard for child support payments. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I have received conflicting information. Two unauthorized transactions by the same merchant, BAKU, were made on my card - one for $51 and another for $[redacted] after my child support payment was deposited. After the first call, I was informed the stolen funds would be refunded once the transaction was no longer pending, however, the card was not canceled at that time. When the transaction settled, I called again, and this time the card was canceled, and a replacement was sent. Upon activating the new card, I noticed the balance was still zero. I was then instructed to fill out a fraud claim form, which I have not yet received after 3 days. Unfortunately, calling customer service would incur another charge, so now I am at a loss as to why the paperwork wasn't mentioned earlier and why my balance remains empty despite acknowledging the fraudulent transactions. The issue with EppiCard customer service remains unresolved.

I had a question that wasn't in the automated menu and I couldn't reach a live person. It's frustrating to call multiple times and get disconnected. Connecting with customer service should be easier. During my attempts, I received my balance information repeatedly, although my goal was to speak with customer service. This was my only means of contact, and I hope I won't be charged for those calls.

I recently discovered a $[redacted] unauthorized charge on my account. I found the first customer service representative I spoke with to be helpful, but my overall experience was marred by a lack of empathy from the subsequent representative. I spent nearly four hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue. Although the initial person provided details on the fraudulent transaction, I now need assurance that refunds for fraud are indeed processed. This money is crucial for my son's college tuition payments, due in January. In my past experience with my bank, refunds are usually finalized within a week. I am concerned about the timeline for resolution and the process of receiving fraud paperwork by mail instead of fax or email. This situation has left me very stressed, considering the importance of these funds for my son's education.

I have attempted to contact customer service on more than 25 occasions! Despite trying all possible button combinations, including the recommended sequence of pressing 1, then 1, then 1, waiting, and pressing 4, I was continuously led through the automated system. This is extremely frustrating! My sole inquiry is regarding the status of my new card and its estimated arrival. I received a letter indicating it should arrive by the end of June, and now it's nearly mid-July. The toll-free number claims to be accessible 24/7, but my experience contradicts that assertion. I am in urgent need of assistance, so please help me.

For the past month, I have faced difficulties accessing my Eppicard account online. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to contact customer service for assistance. The child support hotline confirms that payments have been issued, but I encounter insufficient funds when withdrawing from an ATM.
UPDATE: I have successfully logged into the Eppicard website now. However, I do not see any deposits made in August or September reflected in my account. I am hopeful that they are actively addressing this matter. It is now September 14th, and the funds from these months are still not showing on my card.
