Hello, my name is Nada Abdel Rahman. I am reaching out about an ongoing issue that started a week ago. A customer with the number +44 7[redacted]03 has been harassing me on WhatsApp and making calls, making me feel uncomfortable. Despite my attempts to find out their identity, they have not provided their name. I believe it is important for my safety to at least know their first name so I can establish if I know them. I have already blocked this individual, but I am troubled by the fact that they have my number, which I do not share with strangers. I have screenshots of our WhatsApp conversation that includes disturbing messages. I kindly request to know their full name for my peace of mind. Thank you.

I am facing issues with my £20 EE voucher bought in-store. The automated top-up service is not accepting my voucher number, despite several attempts. The shop where I bought the voucher refused to refund me. I would like to know why my EE top-up voucher is not being accepted and why the retailer is unwilling to refund my money.

I recently purchased a phone with 10GB of data on contract from EE. They included a complimentary XBox with the order, but it was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. After contacting the courier, I discovered the address details were inaccurate, as the parcel was accepted by someone named Barker instead of me, Baker.

I need urgent assistance as EE disconnected my service today wrongly. I have a US roaming pass and my plan includes unlimited usage abroad, as stated in the Roaming Pass texts I receive when I travel. Despite this, EE claims I owe £[redacted] for roaming charges. I attempted to pay via the app, but an error prevents me and I cannot call them because my service is disconnected. This is highly inconvenient, especially when EE is at fault. Furthermore, my mother shares my account and also lost service. Today is her 71st birthday, and she needs her phone for safety. Please contact me promptly or restore our service.

I would like to cancel my contract with EE. I currently reside in the USA and encountered issues with my UK EE soft SIM. Despite visiting the EE store in Bath twice in September last year, the staff couldn't resolve the problem. Since then, my family has relocated to the USA after selling our UK property. I've attempted to reach out to EE through their website but all the methods redirect me to call them using my EE phone, which is not functioning. Frustrated, I have canceled my direct debit as a last resort. The soft SIM has been non-functional for an extended period, and I hope for a refund from either the date of failure or at least from September [redacted] when it first stopped working. Today, my phone went missing, either misplaced or stolen. I contacted EE, who directed me to the insurance department. They initiated a claim to have a new phone sent to me via insurance, scheduled to arrive Sunday. Fortunately, someone found my phone and returned it to my sister, a resident at a nursing home. With my phone back, I need to cancel the replacement phone order and unblock my SIM card, which I had blocked for security. I still have the SIM card in my possession. I want to cancel the phone delivery with DPD scheduled for Sunday, as I no longer need it. I wish to rectify this situation truthfully to prevent an unnecessary replacement. How can I proceed with canceling the replacement phone and unblocking my SIM card? Thank you.

I recently received an upgrade through a service provider, Life Support. Unfortunately, since August 8th, I have been without my phone and iPad, only having an old laptop and a buzzing landline without an answering machine. I deeply appreciate the support I have received from you all. The issue I am facing is with the new handset and sim I received on Saturday; it does not have signal for calls, only works with Wi-Fi. This is causing me to miss important calls, including those related to my hospital treatment and police CAB involvement due to my ex's domestic abuse. Additionally, my previous iPhone 12 was destroyed, and I have a new iPhone 13 Pro Max, but I am unable to sign into Google or any apps, including iCloud, as they are not accepting my main email address or password.

I recently got a Motorola E20 Lite from Mr. Michael F. Seabright, who switched to an iPhone 11. He factory reset the phone and got an unlock code, which he shared with me. I followed EE's instructions, but upon inserting my SIM card, the phone didn't prompt for the unlock code. The phone works partially but doesn’t have a signal. You may reach out to Mr. Seabright to verify the phone transfer.

My husband's pay-as-you-go phone with EE has not reflected the £30 we topped up last Friday. He uses it sparingly due to his health condition. Despite reloading £20 from a local shop and another £10 online, the balance still shows 63p. We attempted to contact EE at [redacted], but we couldn't get through. I am experiencing financial hardship and battling severe mental illness. I made the decision to close my business to dedicate my time to managing a support group called MARS BPD, assisting those with borderline personality disorder linked to RETHINK mental illness. If you research the most agonizing mental illnesses, you may be surprised. Despite facing my daily struggles and my own financial challenges, I find purpose in supporting others. Seven out of ten individuals with this diagnosis attempt suicide, with one out of ten succeeding. I have never been an EE customer. Despite this, I have recently received two emails instructing me on how to change my EE password. I am unable to contact EE about this issue since I am not a registered customer with them.
I am worried about how my personal email address has been accessed. It is alarming that EE does not have a specific helpline for cyber security in this digital era.
Any guidance on this matter would be highly appreciated.
