I am experiencing difficulty progressing to the next session as certain parts remain locked. After reaching out to Tamayla Turner at the MHA Ohio help desk via email, as listed on their website, I have not received effective assistance in resolving the problem. Tamayla suggested sending her photos of the end of each part for unlocking, which worked for one course initially. However, despite my repeated requests the next day, she did not unlock any parts. She insists I should access this from my home location, but I have attempted from various places without success, leading me to retake courses repeatedly. I would appreciate it if someone could assist in making all parts easily accessible, as some classes progress smoothly while others encounter issues.
