Hello,
I recently spoke with one of your representatives who informed me that I am unable to purchase replacement brackets for the Dwell Mid-century 3-in-1 convertible crib without providing the original order number or delivery address. Unfortunately, as this crib was a gift and not delivered directly to my address, I do not have access to this information.
I am willing to pay for the replacement brackets to avoid discarding the crib unnecessarily, as I am committed to reducing waste and being environmentally conscious. The lack of flexibility in this customer service policy is disappointing, and it has left me reconsidering future purchases from your company, especially considering the challenges that can arise during a move.
I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed in this situation.
